"Do you trust me?" Duff asked as we got into the limo.

"Of course. Why? Shouldn't I trust you?" I asked, my expression faltered.

"Don't worry, you should. I was just wondering." Duff chuckled, just smiling as he pulled the door shut.

I had no clue as to where we were going. No idea whatsoever. All I knew is it had to be somewhere important as Duff was a little dressed up. Black leather pants and a black dress shirt that was only button up from the bottom of his shirt to about half way. Well, that was a little more dressed up compared to his usual rockstar clothes. So we had to be going somewhere nice, right?

"So am I allowed to ask where we are going?" I questioned curiously.

"You are allowed, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna tell you." He chuckled, wrapping an arm around me. "In case you have forgotten, it's a surprise and probably a little overdone."

"Why do you say that?" I looked up at Duff with a smile.

"Put it this way babe, every dude in this city has probably taken their girl there for a date." Duff explained.

"So?" I smirked. "Guarantee most of those 'dudes' had girls who were from this country. So you are fine, it's not overdone." I explained, making Duff's smile grow.

"Shit, I forgot!" Duff mumbled, reaching into his half buttoned up shirt and pulling out a single red rose.

I was stunned he had it hidden in there without either me seeing or a thorn pricking him. Nonetheless, it was absolutely stunning and so incredibly sweet of Duff.

"Aww Duff, it's beautiful." I took the rose out of his grasp, being quite careful due to the thorns.

"Just like you." Duff kissed my cheek and held me against his body.

I really was in my happy place, with Duff by my side I couldn't help but hum. It was a song that had been stuck in my head for at least two hours now. How it got there, I didn't know.

"I've heard that tune before." Duff was clearly thinking hard, trying to figure out what it was and who it was by. I didn't have to think, I knew. The song had only been around for about a year.

"Don't ask me,
What you know is true,
Don't have to tell you,
I love your precious heart,
I, I was standing,
You were there,
Two worlds collided,
And they could never tear us apart," I gently sung, giving Duff more of an idea as to who it may have been.

"I fucking know it, I do! But I can't think of who the band is or what the name of the song is." Duff murmured. "But baby, please don't stop." He turns to me, his face nuzzling into my neck as he starts a trail of kisses.

"We could live,
For a thousand years,
But if I hurt you,
I'd make wine from your tears,
I told you,
That we could fly,
'Cause we all have wings,
But some of us don't know why," I sung. I could practically hear the music ringing in my ears, even Michael Hutchence's voice. I let out a small sigh as Duff gently nipped at my neck. He really knew how to turn me on, it drove me crazy! But I tried my hardest to ignore everything he was doing and continue to sing.

"I was standing,
You were there,
Two worlds collided,
And they could never ever tear us apart." I finished. That wasn't the entire song, but that was enough. Duff had heard enough and I was struggling to keep still with what he was doing.

"You're so damn mesmerising." Duff's breath was hot against my neck. "I still can't figure it out though."

"It's an INXS song, Never Tear Us Apart." I answered with a smile.
