Clara hung the picture of her new baby brother on the wall next to her poster bed. Erika and Penny had run off to the bathroom together, Erika assisting Penny who wasn't feeling well, and Gabriella had stolen Niki away from them, leaving Michelle and Clara alone in their dorm room.
"Do you suppose Niki is alright?" Michelle asked, running her fingers through her curls. Clara shrugged, taking one last look at the sleeping baby picture before plopping down on her bed.
"I do not think Gabriella will hurt her." Clara said. Michelle scoffed, attempting to painlessly rid herself of knotted hair, but from the looks of it Clara didn't think things were going very well for the girl.
"Maybe not physically. I dunno about mentally though." Michelle muttered. "Gabriella is a very busy girl, and Niki clearly likes her. But I feel like Niki is just a side piece."
"It's no wonder she's been so miserable lately." Clara added. "I know what it's like to beg for attention from someone who is supposed to care about you." Michelle nodded, but soon regretted it when her nod caused her to yank hard on a knot.
"Bloody hair." She muttered, giving up and throwing the comb to the side. "I can't imagine how you're dealing with that long hair again." Clara shrugged.
"The same way I dealt with it my whole life." Michelle snorted, coming over and sitting next to her friend. She looked up at the baby picture of Diammen, sighing happily.
"Oh, your brother is so unbelievably adorable." Michelle said. Clara smiled, looking up at the small baby picture.
"Oui. He is. Looks just like my papa." Clara said, agreeing with what her mother had said in the letter.
"Yeah, your dad is one hot piece of work." Michelle giggled, getting up to look closely at the baby picture. Clara rolled her eyes at her friend. "I love babies. Hopefully someday I'll meet a nice man and we can make cute babies together."
Clara laughed, leaning back on her arms. "Babies seem like a lot of work." She said. Michelle turned on her, giving the girl a look.
"Don't you get yourself in that mindset, young lady." Michelle said, pointing a finger at Clara's face. "I expect you to produce a minimum of three adorable redheads within the next four years." Clara shook her head.
"Why redheads?" She asked. Michelle rolled her eyes at her.
"Because redheads are so irresistible." She smirked. "And I have no doubt in my mind Percy will make sexy kids."
"Michelle!" Clara giggled, throwing her pillow at the girl.
"Am I wrong?" Michelle asked, and Clara didn't answer. "HA! I'm not wrong. Percy is one delicious man and you are so beautiful it hurts. BAM! That equals beautiful babies."
Clara rolled her eyes. "Delicious man..." She muttered, laughing. "You are truly a one of a kind, Michelle."
"Why, thank you." Michelle beamed. "So a minimum of seven babies, yeah?"
"Oui--oh, hold on." She glared at the girl. "Seven?" Michelle backed away, clapping her hands excitedly.
"You said yes! You said oui!" She cheered, laughing happily. Clara got up from her bed, shaking her head with a smirk as Michelle began to do some ridiculous dance in the center of the dorm room.
"Seven kids is impossible." Clara said over the noise her roommate was creating. Michelle stopped immediately, smiling widely.
"Oh, but my precious, innocent Clara. It is not. I shall help you." Clara snorted, rolling her eyes.
