Clara pushed through the crowd of people, dodging a few students that decided to stop in the middle of the place, nearly tripping over their luggage.

Dragging her own trunk behind her, Clara nearly yanked her arm out of her socket when her luggage caught on a stone pillar.

"Fils du pute!" Clara swore, stopping and rubbing her shoulder. Her mother gasped, grabbing onto Clara's uninjured arm.

"Language Clara!" Jennifer hissed in their native tongue, causing some of the passerbyers to shoot some curious looks their way. "There is no need to rush, the Hogwarts Express does not leave for another fifteen minutes."

"Mama, I want to get a good spot on the train." Clara whined, fidgeting with her white button up shirt and smoothing out her pleated skirt.

Her mother passed Clara the cage her grey owl was settled in. "Alright, dear. Go on."

"Thank y-" Clara began to walk away when her mother put a hand on her shoulder, stopping Clara from moving forward.

"I really hope you are not about to leave me without so much as a goodbye hug." Her mother scolded her. Smiling, Clara turned around and collected Jennifer into a hug, her owl screeched as the cage bumped against her mother's back.

"Bye mama. I will write to you. Especially now that I have Felix." Clara said, nodding towards her owl that gave her a cold look, facing away from her. Her mother laughed.

"If that miserable old bird is willing to take your letters." Clara flicked the cage bars, Felix giving her the death glare.

"I can bribe him." Clara winked at the owl before waving goodbye and taking off towards the train.

Along the way, her trunk in tow, two tall figures stepped into her path; Clara running into a solid body. With a yelp, Clara fell back on her seat, nearly dropping Felix.

"Oh! Je suis désolé!" Clara apologized. Two hands helping her back to her feet. "C'est ma faute." She admitted, smoothing out the figures shirt awkwardly.

Looking up, two red-headed twins were smirking down at Clara.

"Gesundheit." One of them said, an amused smile tugging at the corner of his lip. Realizing she wasn't speaking English, her cheeks flushed pink.

"Oh, pardon. I am... too fast." Clara said, biting her bottom lip. The identical twins crossed their arms over their chests, exchanging a knowing look.

"If I'm not mistaken, I'd say she ran into you on purpose. Isn't that right, Freddie?"

"I'd say so, Georgie." Bending one knee, her face red from embarrassment, Clara curtsied in front of the two fifteen year olds. Fred looked over at George, raising an eyebrow at the older girl's strange action.

"Pardon." She said, before picking Felix up from the ground and rushing passed the twins without another glance their way. The twins watched after her with amused grins as the small witch attempted to drag her heavy trunk into the train whilst keeping hold of the bulky owl cage.

"Strange one she is." George said, nudging his brother.

"Pretty little thing, though." George snorted before walking away from his twin. "What? Oh, Georgie, you can't tell me you didn't think the same thing!"

Struggling down the narrow corridor of the train, Clara picked the first empty compartment and shoved her luggage and owl cage into it. With a frustrated groan, she pushed her trunk onto the rack and hung Felix's cage above her seat. Stepping onto the blue bench, Clara unclipped her trunk and reached in for the rest of her Hogwarts uniform, not wanting to fall asleep on the train and miss getting ready for her arrival at the school; even though the train ride was nearly nine hours long.
