The end of the year came too quickly in Albus' opinion, and before anyone knew it, they were saying goodbye. Scorpius had informed him that him and Rose had both agreed that they were too young to date, but would definitely keep in touch over the summer. Albus rolled his eyes, but was secretly happy.
The worst goodbye of all was to Katrina.
"The headmistress at the orphanage found out about my kidnapping." she explained. "I won't be coming back to Hogwarts next year." Albus was oddly depressed at this, he thought, but shook that thought out of his head.
She's my friend. He thought. Of course I'm depressed that I'll probably never see her again.
"I'll write, if I can," she promised. "They're letting me keep my owl." This cheered Albus up a bit.
It worried him that Delphi was still on the loose, but with Summer on it's way and a new school year only three months from now, he found it hard to be worried, especially since he felt pretty confidant about his OWLS.
It was going to be a fantastic summer.
