Chapter 15

Natsu's POV

"Wait! You can't!" I yelled.

I don't know why I was very sad at the thought that Lucy might donate her heart.

Not because I didn't want Nari to be okay again, I'd love that.

But because she's giving her heart for Nari.

All beacause it's her.

If it was another person, I'd be okay.

But because it's her...

"Doctor, I'd give my heart." Lucy stated, fiercely.

"Are you sure Miss?" The doctor asked, looking through Nari's reports.

"Ye-"

"She's not!"

She looked back at me, shocked.

"If you may excuse us..." She said, grabbing my wrist, leading us to the garden.

"What's wrong with you?! I'm trying to help Nari here! She deserves to live more than I do!" She yelled.

I hugged her, and let our lips collide.

She seemed to be shocked at first, but got into the kiss.

Then, she pushed me away.

"Why? Why di-"

"Lucy, I love you."

Her mouth fell open.

"I loved you from the very start. Pnce I saw you, my heart beat fast, faster than Eminem's rap. Everytime you say my name, butterflies erupt in my stomach. That's why, I don't want you to go."

"Natsu-"

I looked at her.

"Natsu, I feel the same way, too. But, I have to. For Nari. You're little sister's life is more important than mine."

We went back to Nari's room, as Lucy askes for some alone time with her.

Sorry. That's all I can right now. I have to focus on studying for an entrance exam.
