"are you alright luce? you didn't reply to any of my texts." brian asked, as soon as i entered his fancy suite on the very top floor of a hotel.

"yeah, i'm fine. sorry, i... went to sleep early last night."

"are you sure? you still seem tired."

"i'm 100% sure brian. now, do you have any chips? i'm starving i haven't eaten breakfast yet."

he went to his kitchen and i heard him opening some cabinets.

"i don't have chips luce! but i can order some pizza." he yelled from his kitchen.

i yelled an 'okay' back and called the pizza place.

after a few minutes, the pizza arrived.

i paid for it even though brian insisted he'd pay.

we ate and talked about our unimportant stuff and watched a movie.

i looked at the clock and saw that it was already 10 am.

i bid brian goodbye and kissed his cheek and went home.

when i got home, i saw that dad wasn't home yet.

i went to my room, showered and studied for a good 2 hours.

after that, i tried to take a short nap, but thought ran endlessly through my head.

'so many things have been happening lately.'

'i got back with brian, whom i'm friends with now.'

'i saw natsu today as well.'

that thought made me blush.

snap out of it lucy! don't fall for that prick!

deciding that i couldn't sleep, i went shopping for some clothes.

i changed and went to the department store.

i looked through some jeans and some found some that i wanted to try on.

i walkes to the fitting rooms, bringing the jeans and tried them on, but my sister suddenly called.

i declined it at first to change back into my original clothing before calling her again.

"sorry. i was changing. what's up?"

"lucy! i'm getting married the week after next! and guess what, you're the maid of honor!"

"wait what? what do you mean-"

"i'm getting married you idiot! and you're the maid of honor!"

"really?! that's great news! congratulations!"

"thanks luce. but later, i'll bring you to meet my soon-to-be-husband and his family. make sure to wear something appropriate. i'll text you later! toodles!"

"bye!"

she hung up and i felt really happy for my sister.

she was always the favorite one, making me the least wanted. she had everything and i had nothing, but she didn't rub that into my face. instead, she comforted me and told me that we were equal and that made me a lot better. she was my best friend. so her getting married is big news and i'm really proud of her.

i quickly put back the pants to where i found them before going back home and doing some chores to be productive for once.

and apparently, i was the only one she didn't tell and dad didn't bother telling me because he thought i knew.

i arrived shortly, and i saw that there was a travelling bag outside front door of our house.

"no way- is she here?" i quickly opened the door where i was greeted by a surprise hug  from my sister.

i hugged her back and we stayed like that for a good two minutes before i finally let go.

"i missed you! you didn't tell me you were coming!" i said as i grabbed her shpulders and shook her out of excitement.

"woah, chill sis. i came cause i wanted to see if you were going to wear something appropriate and not skimpy like you always did-"

i cut her off before dad heard anything. i took her to my room before i told her, for the millionth time since we last met, that it wasn't my fault for wearing something skimpy. my friend wanted to see me try on a cute but small dress cause i had the same body proportions as her cousin and she was picking up a dress for her when suddenly she came in.

she laughed it off and rold me to get her luggae from outside. sighing, i got up and brought her REALLY heavy bag to my room and opened it. only to be greeted by tons and tons of dresses.

"since we have like, five hours before we meet my fiancè, we're going to glam both of us up!"

we started digging through the bag and i found one i liked. it was a black dress. it had somewhat a pencil skirt and long sleeved. it was sexy but not in the revealing kind of way. even though there were tons of other brightly colored dresses that seemed reallh appealing, she chose to wear this one.

before changing, she brushed her teeth and showered, proceeding to change.

after i was done changing, i tied my hair up into a messy bun, put on a bit of make-up and putting on some pieces of jewelry, i went out of the room to where i saw my sis and dad.

"hey luce! i'm supposed to be the bride!" my sister said with a fake grumpy face on.

i chuckled along with my dad. we got in the car as my sister (who knew how to drive) volunteered to drive to her fiancè's house.

so, five minutes later, we arrived.

++ hey guyss
