Eli's POV

We wondered back into the house. Ariel had her arms around my neck. I wanted her. I missed her. I couldn't allow myself to be distracted. I haven't had sex in over a year. I was really on edge, and sex with Gloria didn't really cut it. It was too gross and disgusting to be considered sex. Her fingers combed through my hair and I kissed her lips. They were soft and full; begging to be kissed by me. Her body pressed up against me. She was my fiancée, was soon to be the Alpha's female, second in command. There was not a doubt in my mind; she was ready to take on that role. I was going to be with her, finally.

"Hey guys get a room." Xavier snorted, as he held Ria in his arms.

"How is she?" I asked.

"She is doing much better." He smiled at her, "I love her a lot."

"Do you believe it now?" Eli asked.

"Yes, but why would Nature make us have such a huge age gap?" Xavier asked, "When's she's eighteen, I'll be thirty-one."

"Love has no age boundaries, Xavier." I remarked, "She truly was born for you."

"Great, what if she thinks I'm old, when I am ready to be with her?" He asked.

"All mates have their own problems, look at Ariel and I, we had to go through a lot before we were finally able to be together." I explained, "I am sure that Ria and you are going to have problems just like the rest of us."

"But you don't have an age gap."

"But you guys aren't going to have a drug gap."

He bobbed his head in agreement, "You have a point there."

"All soulmates are different and their problems are all different."

"I don't want her to hate me."

"She loves you, look at her." I assured, "She can't stop smiling at you."

Xavier turned his head down to see Ria is his arms, and she cooed at him, "I love you, Ria, with all my heart." He kissed her forehead. I held Ariel close to me. I could get used to this. Just thinking about growing old with my mate and having a yard full of cubs; it excites me. I wanted to have family with Ariel, and when I looked at her, I knew she felt the same.

Ariel looked up at me, "You want more kids, don't you?"

"I told you that I wanted to make something as beautiful as Ria with you one day, didn't I?

Ariel smiled at me, "I'm glad."

"Okay, seriously guys, get a room." Xavier barked, "I don't want to see all the mushy stuff."

Ariel giggled and I guided her upstairs, and into my room. I closed the door behind me, "Ariel, I told you that I didn't want to mess things up by taking you to paradise, but this time I will ask you instead of assuming. Do you want me, because I want you more than ever. I understand if you want to wait, because I want our wedding night to be special, but I want you now. Darling, I really missed you."

Ariel bowed her head. "Coming on too strong again?" I asked, "Yeah, I tend to do that."

She looked up at me, "No, it's just I want you too."
