The Howl of a Rogue (moderate language)

Chapter 10

LEXI'S POV

"BEEP" "BEEP" "BEEP"

ugg stupid alarm clock what the heck. yippie my second day of school (note the sarcasm).

I got up and like yesterday grab some clothes, todays its grey skinnies blue shirt with a dinsour that has a tophat and a black sweater. I washed my face brushed my teeth and my hair and left the bathroom. I went to the kitchen and made myself some pancakes I made sure to make extras for Mr.Walker. I poured on some syrup and ate them, let me just say they were scrumpdiliumpsous (if thats how you spell a made up word). I went to the sink and washed my dishes off put Mr.Wallkers in the microwave and went to get my shoes. After I put my shoes on I look at the clock and I was 6:45 wow i'm early . I turned on the tv and waited for Jake to get there so I can get to another day of what is already boring school.

After watching tv for a bit Jake showed up. When I opened the door he seemed really happy, he must be in a really good mood that or whatever crawled up his but yesterday must of passed through. oh god Lexi you did not need that image at all XP. We got in the car and headed off. He was humming to himself and kept looking at me I ended up catching his glance and gave him a questioning look. He just smiled a toothy grin and kept driving......weird. We got to the school and headed inside. Today his friends ended up surrounding the both of us and I guess like that I was part of the "in" crowd. I have to admit I didn't really like it too many people and it's like they have no personal space issues. That creepy guy from yesterday was staring at me again but other than that it was ok. After school Jake drop me off and I automatically went to grab some food I sat down to some tv and finished. After cleaning the dishes and cleaning the house up a bit I grabbed my workout clothes and walked downstairs it was only lilke five so I could practice for however long I wanted. I hoped on the treadmill for about twenty mintues or so and then went to the punching bag and beat the crap out of it good way for me to relieve stress and to think. After about fourty minutes of than I swiched into my wolf, I jumped onto the treadmill but it just wasn't the same. so I decided to change back to my human form and go outside. It was about 6 or so, so I decided to change into my wolf and go for a run since theres lots of woods behind my house. I've learned how to hide my scent while in wolf form once I learn in human form I won't have to keep wearing that scent vaporizing perfume stuff i've been wearing. It felt great It had been about and two hours of me just running exploring and enjoying the feeling of stretching my legs. I stopped to get some water at a small stream but I heard a growl from behind me. Theres was a wolf there with about six others. They were all standing there growling at me with their hackles raised. Crap well atleast none of them were Jake, they must be from his pack though. I took off running jumping over the stream, they were close behind me, but not fast enough. I was out of their sight when I unfortunatly found my self face to face with a giant rock mountain side or whatever maybe it was a small ccave from the other side. I turned around and started running until I ran into one of the wolves that had been chasing me crap. I jumped up and knew that the only way out was a fight. They all circled around me growling and finally after several minutes of them salling on attacked me. I quickly ducked under him and swatted him out of the air he hit a tree and was out like a light. I'll make sure not to actually hurt any of them, I respect Jake and his dad too much to hurt anyone in their pack. A second wolf jumped at me I saw him out of the corner of my eye I turned towards him and bumped the top of his head with my paw with just enough force to knock him out. Two of the other wolves pounced towards me at the same  time, I step sideways and they knocked into eachother they started stumbling around all wabbly and stuff I could help but chuckle a bit. only three wolves left. I just howled really loudly, i've heard that this specific howl of mine was frightening though I didn't consider it frightening. It was the howl I used as a pup to mourn my parents and clan. When I was younger I use to howl like that every few night and one day when I was exploring a town I heard to wolves talking about how their alpha was considering sending out search parties to find this "Dangerous rogue". After a while they actually did send out a search party and they found me too, I out ran them and they couldn't find me, but I heard the day I left the town them nicknaming my howl, 'The howl of a rogue' (ha sorry couldn't help but throw that in there cheesey I know XD). Hearing my howl the remaining three shuddered and backed away slowly I took that as my chance to run. I lept and ran back to the house changing in midair as I jumped to the back door I ran innside and made sure to lock it. I looked at the clock and it was nine, hmm time to hop in the shower and head for bed.

JAKE'S POV

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

"Wait what? you guys saw a rogue.....and it got away? you guys are the strongest of our search teams?"

"Sorry sir we weren't expecting to see a rogue we were not prepared"

"No no it's fine lets make sure it doesn't get to close to town though."

"umm sir there something else we need to tell you"

"Yes what is it"

They started looking at eachother  pleading that another would say it.

"Spit it out then"

he gulped "The wolf ran in the general directions as that girl you brought here yesterday"

"What!!!!! oh shit....umm... very well you may leave"

They left crap this isn't good rogues are dangerous vary dangerous. I stayed in my office thinking for a while. Maybe I should have princess and Mr.Walker stay here that could keep them safe. I looked around at the pack house(mansion) it was big enough to accomedate them. Though I sleep at my house which is right across the street from Mr.Walkers I spend a lot of time here. I walked out of my office and headed towards the kitchen time to get something to eat. I grabbed some pizza from a box I'm guessing some of the guys must have ordered it and sat down where Mar, Gerald, and Tyler were sitting. I walked in and a though crossed my mind that almost made me drop my plate. I grabbed my cellphone and texted princess asking her if she was ok, after about five minutes she replyed, Yea why?

no reason get some sleep night

night

I sat down with a sigh of relief. The guyrs just kinda looked at me and I laughed.

"Hey guys what did the rogue look like?"

"It was weird looking, It was a bit smaller than us but was extremely strong and agile."

"haha guys LOOK what did it LOOK like"

"Oh it was pure white all over except its paws were black and blended into the white, the tip of its tail was black blending into the white like its paws its ears were the same but it had this black ring around its neck going from its shoulder bone to about mid cheast that was black. You should have seen it i'm not gay or anything but it was a beautiful sight."

"Wow that sounds amazing"

I headed outside and jumped in my car heading back to my house to get some sleep.

LEXI'S POV.

The next few weeks were the same Jake would pick me up we would go to school instantly get sorrounded and so on. Everyday at lunch we would sit at the same table and that one guy would stare at me. Then we would go home, Everyonce in a while Jake would come to Mr.Walkers house and we would watch spongebob and eat on seperate couches it wasn't that bad. Today I was walking towards Jake's car he had went on ahead. I ended up bumping into somebody on accident I looked up and it was the creepy staring dude. He looked at me and smiled minicingly, why? Why do I recognize him? I know I've seen him before where was it?

Yea I know it's pretty short sorry I gotta to go and get a haircut :)
