Chapter 32

LEXI'S POV

"Well its the pack we're moving into their extremely well known for their discrimination against women."

What does he mean by that?

"How so?"

"Women there have no say if a women does not have a mate they are pretty much their fathers and or brothers property until they do so an then they are their mate's property."

What the hell it's like they treat women like nothing.

"Why are we going there then Jake?" I'll admit I'm a bit upset.

"We have to Lexi the hunters are coming close and we need to go somewhere else It'll be ok though trust me"

I can't believe were coming to such a place. We drove for a while longer and I fell asleep no reason to stay awake and think about whats about to come. After what felt like only a few minutes Jake woke me up.

"Lexi Lexi wake up were here."

I grunted and opened my eyes shielding them from the light. I opened the door still not talking to Jake I don't want to make him feel bad but I don't want to say anything mean so I just smiled at him reasuringly. Me, Carla, Jasmine, Matt, Mark, and Jake got into a group and headed toward the new packs house. When we neared a group of guys walked out all looking between the ages of eighteen to twenty-five maybe. They all sneered at carla, jasmine and me and greeted Mark, Jake and Matt.

"Hello Alpha Jake and Beta Matt how was your car trip here?"

"Just great thank you for letting us stay here Alpha Cory"

"No Problem Alpha Jake let me show you guys to your rooms."

"Just call me Jake"

"Yes Jake and just call me Cory"

We headed towards the mansion. Let me just say theirs is huge. He showed all the older couples to their rooms which made me mad because whenever her showed the room he would only talk to the men not the women. Finally he showed Matt and Mark to their rooms and Jake to his. We had decided that none of us would pretend to be mates while we were here because none of us were comforatable with the guys "owning" us. After Cory showed Jake to his room Jake looked at me sadly and closed his door. After that Cory was suppose to show us to our rooms. But he just started walking away and we followed him.

"Sir? Sir? Cory where are our rooms?" Carla asked

Cory turned around quickly grabbing her around the neck I was about to do something but Jasmine squezzed my arm.

"To you lowly women its master or master Cory whichever you prefer."

I mentally rolled my eyes what the fuck seriously its not the eighteen hundreds anymore. He let go of Carla throwing her towards us my wolf growled not liking the way he was treating me and my friends.  

"Don't you dare growl at me you filthy bitch!" He looked crazy when he yelled that too

I bit my tongue and nodded my head this is for Jake, Matt, and Mark. We followed him to the other half of the masion, This is the girls area none of you are to leave until a male member of the pack gives you permission, you will each be assigned a male member of the pack to watch after you to make sure you don't do anything. He growled and shoved us into a doorway and closed and locked the door. We looked around and there were about twenty other girls about ten our age and ten that were younger. I looked around shocked.

"Why are you all here?"

"None of us have mates and our parents are gone." A young girl no older than eight said

I looked down at her shocked at the age of eight I wasn't even thinking about a mate. I looked around the room there were bunk beds everywhere and some dressers. Are you kidding me this is crazy I just pinched the bridge of my nose and took a deep breath.

"Where are we suppose to sleep?"

"Over there, there's a couple free ones" Said an older firl pointing to the end of the room. I crawled on the top of the bunk and Carla and Jamine crawled on the top of two others. The other mateless girls from Jake's pack were already in here.

"How long are we suppose to be staying here?" Carla asked

"Oh god I hope not for very long" Jasmine chimed in

I heard grunts of agreement from other members of their pack

"Girls we have to make this the best we can its for your pack." The noded and headed for bed

I heard carla mutter

"I don't know if I can take it for too long"

Me niether Carla me niether.

MORNING

"Wake up Lexi Wake up" It was an unfamiliar voice

I opened my eyes and it was one of the girls from this pack. Get ready the guys will be here in a few minutes. I just noded getting up and dressed not really knowing what to expect. soon we heard the door open up and each girl in there was called off of a list and everytime the left the room the were escorted by a man until only me and the girls from Jake's pack were left.

"Lets go over a few rules ladies." Cory said smirking at us

"You will each be assigned one guy he will have authority over you. you will do whatever they say no buts about it no come when you are called."

"Julia"

She stepped up and was grabbed by the arm by a pissed off looking guy

"marlie"

and so it went on until me Carl and Jasmine were left.

"Carla"

Carla walked over to them gulping a bit, she was paired with a guy around six foot tall and a giant scowl plastered to his face.

"Jasmine" Jasmine did the same and her guy was a little shorter than Carlas but he was bigger in size.

I was the last one left in the room.

"Now Lexi I will be your "guide" for the time you are staying her you are to do whatever I say whenever I say if you disobey me you will be punished"

I bit my tongue and noded my head.

"Good now follow me" He yanked my arm making me follow behind him.

"Today is the first day of school little Lexi and you will see the school is just like the pack house."

I was about to say something when I saw Jake. He was looking at me and then Cory and then to Cory's hand that was tightly wrapped around my arm probably causing it to bruise. He looked back up at me and I could see he was getting angry extremely I met eyes with him and shook my head. No need for him to create ememies with this pack by killing and or injuring their alpha.

Thanks for reading sorry there hasn't been much action like i've said i've real busy I should be able to get back on track very soon.
