Chapter 12

JAKE'S POV

He then broke down sobbing. I brought him inside and he kept mumbling.

"She's gone, gone just like julia."

I was trying to calm him down I called the pack and told them they needed to come over immediatly. Within minutes my stongest fighters showed up.

"What happened alpha?' They all yelled in unison.

"Princess has gone missing and its different then last time somethings just wrong."

Mrs.Hall the pack nurse came and took Mr.Walker up to my room to try and calm him down. He was so worried for her, he's been a wreck since Julia died and when princess showed up he changed almost back into his old self. Mark showed up and we were ready to go.

"We are going to save her, She may not know it yet but she will some day be your future alpha female so protect as if she were your alpha female now."

Everyone looked around shocked and started whispering. I hadn't told many people yet besides my father and Mark.

"Everyone lets go, I've got her tracker location she's near the locative pack territory"

Everyone gulped, they were and extremely dangerous pack.

LEXI'S POV.

I woke up to the sound of hooting owls. I got up and ran towards town I know now that I probab;y overeacted. Once i was about a fifth of a mile away from town I changed back into my human form and walked to town. I walked towards the theater I know Mr.Walker's probably worried since he was going to be home earlier. I walked towards the front of theater where you could wait on the bus. I didn't want to run all the way back to the house because I was still tired. As I was waiting for the bus stop a black van screeched to stop right in front of me. I jumped back narrowly missing the back doors that flew open. The guy from school and who chased after me jumped out with a few other guys all about six foot tall or more.

"That's her get her, The boss has been waiting a long time."

I turned around and ran with them hot on my trail. This can't be happening no not now, I just felt like I was normal, I felt like I belonged. I ran towards the woods hoping I could lose them there. I kept running trying to dodge trees it felt like last summer all over again. I was scared for my life this can't be happening again. What scared me the most is this was the man who killed my parents son. He was there that night too, though he was young his father had  thought it would be a good learning experience. He has the same look in his eye as his father evil and malicious full of hate. When I was trying to run away he had cornered me and I scratched him on the back causing him to almost die of blood loss. And now I know he still hasn't forgivin me. All of us had been running for atleast and hour and we were still at it though we were growing a bit weary. I started stumbling a bit I ran so much earlier today that my body was just so exhausted. I got tackled from the back by the Guy. He grabbed both my arms pinning them to my backand tieing them together. Shit this isn't good I kept trying to yank out of his grip but it wasnt working. He hoisted me up dragging me along with him and the other men. All the men were laughing at me, I was struggling but i just wasnt strong enough damn him just damn him. Out of nowhere The Guy threw me against a tree and kissed me, what the hell is wrong with him. I stomped on his foot hooping he'd stop kissing me. I kept trying to turn my head but he was holding it. He grabbed my ass, no no no please someone help me someone. He stopped kissing me and started trying to unzip my sweatshirt. Once he unzipped it he put his hands under my top. Whats wrong with him I thought he hated me. He started sneaking farther and farther up and I could hear the other men laughing in the backround.

"JAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I yelled

JAKE'S POV

We had been running for hours and we in the general vasinity of her location but we still couldn't find her. Out of nowhere I heard the most petrified and beautiful voice I had ever heard. We all ran towards the sound of the voice as fast as we could. We ran and then we saw it, Kegan had Princess up against a tree her hands were behind her back and Kegan was kissing her and he had his filthy hands up her shirt. I jumped towrads him growling and pinning him on the ground. Some of the men that were with them attacked within seconds, One of them grabbed me by my scruff and threw me down getting on top of my holding my muzzle. These guys aren't normal they're to good at this. The guy grabbed a silver knife thats it these guys are professional hunters. Matt jumped and clamped his mouth around the man shoulders and maouled him. Matt ripped the mans head off and turned around looking meanicing. He had blood dripping down his mouth and he looked pure evil for a split second. I ran over to princess and shifted back into a human. I raced towards her and untied her hands she fell into me shaking and crying.

"Shhhhh, shhhh its alright don't worry you're ok princess you're ok its all alright."

I was yanked back by kegan and thrown to the ground. Three of the men climbed on top of me, and I wasn't able to shift. I looked around at the other members of my group aaron and andrew were dead and matt was unconsious. I was on my own I tried to throw the men off me but could, two of them had ahold of my arms and one had my legs. Kegan unseethed his silver knife and came towards me.

" JAKE! NO!"

I looked and saw princess running towads Kegan.

"No princess don't"

She jumped at him and I couldn't help but just sit there and watch my mate get killed. But that didn't happen she shifted into a beautiful black wolf with a few black parts on her. She jumped on top of kegan and growled showing her teeth glaring down at him. He looked absolutly terrified, he looked like he was going to shit himself. She scratched him across the face and jumped off him coming towards the guy who had ahold of me. She advanced towards them growling and bearing her teeth she looked absolutly stunning and terrifying. The ran off in all different directions, She shifted and came towards me hugging me.

"Thank God I thought you were going to die"
