Chapter 33

JAKE'S POV

I was growling and about to attack Cory until I met eyes with Lexi and she shook her head calming me down a little bit. I looked over at the other women of our pack as they were gettting ready for the day, I feel so sorry that we had to do this the men in my pack were even miserable because they were expected to be cruel to their mates, I wish we were never forced to come here.

My dad said we had no chioce even though right now I think we could have tried too. Cory's father is my fathers "friend" pretty much they had a pact. If anything happens to one pack the other pack will help. These people make my father angry to no limit but my father agreed to the pact because Cory's fathers pack threatened war against our pack if we hadn't. My father and I weren't planning on telling this pack we were just planning on staying with another pack but somehow they found out. They called my dad up even though I was the alpha, my dad politely refused about ten times which pissed cory and his father off. The told my father that if we did not agree to stay with them they would consider it as a direct violation and breaking to pact and that they would resume the plan of war if that were too happen. Me and my father fought over it for a while until my dad finally put his foot down and said and I quote "Son until you mate I still control the pack even if you have already been given the title of alpha. This is what is best for the packs safety we may suffer some but I will not let a war start because of us!" That was kind of the end of our conversation for good. But right now all I wanted to do was Shove Cory's head through the next wall. I gritted my teeth and followed Cory and Lexi to Cory's car I'll be riding with them for the day.

When we got to the school I'll say I was  shocked to say the least girls were walking behind men and their heads were lowered as if in submittion. This is not how teenagers are suppose to act some of the guys in Cory's pack didn't even seem like they wanted to boss the girls around, whenever they'd do something nice Cory would punish them. He made one boy hit his mate three time, I don't think Cory even cares about his pack he just likes the power and being able to control them with fear. I walked behind Cory into the office and he grabbed my schedule and started walking out.

"Wait what about Lexi's schedule?" I asked confused.

"Girls follow their Male handlers to their classes and attend the classes, Just to let you know me and you also have the same classes I thought it'd be best to have the two alpha's in the same classes so that the students and faculty won't be confused." He said coldly with me still following behind

What the hell I'm really confused at this point,

"Cory does everyone here know about werewolves even though many of them are human?" I sniffed again there were deffinetly a good amount of humans here.

"Yes everyone knows we are wolves and that I am the alpha, they fear and respect us too." He smirked and we walked into a classroom.

I was greeted by an older looking lady with glasses. She looked rather frail and frightened, I was about to sit down when she met eyes with me.

"Oh you must be a new student" She smiled at me kindly I smiled back until I heard a loud slap.

I looked at the teacher and she had fallen to the ground clutching her face. I looked up and Cory still had his hand in the air.

"How dare you speak to him as if he's some lowly human, He is a werewolf and he is an alpha. Apologize and show some respect bitch"

My jaw went slack, I never really liked teachers but this was going too far. No matter what you never hit a Teacher or a woman he just broke the rule times too. I looked at him and he was still mad.

"Dude what the heck is your problem, all she asked was if I was a new student you didn't have to hit her or anything!" I croched down next to the teacher trying to help her up.

Cory grabbed the collar of my shirt making me let go of the teacher who fell down again.

"This is my territory my pack and my school you are to respect me and my orders and rules!" He screamed practically spitting in my face.

I dusted off my shirt glaring at the back of his head. Many of the other students in the pack including most of Cory's members looked at me with a sympathetic look and Lexi was red with anger I could only imagine whats going through her head.

LEXI'S POV

What the hell i'm not going to stand having to follow this guy around knowing he treats people that way. They way he yelled at my mate made my wolf Growl and try to break free I think the only reason I hadn't attack Cory then and there is because I was trying to control my wolf. Very rarely do females have their wolves even talk to them or try to take over but when they do it's tough to keep them under control. I walked behind Cory and Jake squeezed my shoulder quickly trying to condort me a bit and suprisingly it helped. The rest of the day went the same Cory was an asshole the whole time he treated the teachers and students and even his pack members horribly. He was a monster how am I suppose to live with this. As I walked into the mansion with Cory and Jake I looked closely at all of the pack we passed, almost everyone looked sad and depressed did Cory not realize him treating the pack the way he did destroyed it. All the girls were dropped back at the room and we had nothing to do so everyone sat down talking about their day. I was sad really I felt like all the girls had just given up they were saying stuff like

"Today was a good day danny only hit me twice"

"I accidently bumped into Chris I know it was my fault but the beating hurt really bad"

"Norman didn't do anything to me today I feel great"

I was appalled really these girls need to grow a pair once it got to my turn. I started

"Have you guys just given up? You guys believe it's right for them to treat you the way they do? Stand up for yourselfs or no one else will. You can't let them just push you around like they do, you're not their property they don't own you and they never will. It's not all the mens faults either it's Cory's an Alpha is supposed to do what right for his pack not treat them like nothing. Show them that or you guys will spend the rest of your lives like your are now." By the end of my rant I was panting and everyone looked at me with wide eyes.

After a few minutes one of the younger girls finally broke the silence.

"How can we change it, I don't want to live like this anymore" everyone else noded their heads in agreement.

I smiled and walked up to her hugging her then stood up and faced everyone the best I could. Carla and Jasmine came up next to me and we talked quietly for a few second. We broke from our little circle and smiled to everyone.

"We've got an idea" We all said in unison.
