Chapter 18

LEXI'S POV

I Woke up suprised I didn't remember getting into bed, I got up and I was still wearing my jeans wait how did I get onto bed I steped down and fell over something, I looked over and it was Jake. He always in the way it seems haha oh well I started to get up to move but he grabbed me around the waist and pulled me to him.

"Jake what are you doing?"

I heard him muble something I couldn't understand, I looked over at him and he was still asleep. What the hell he's still asleep how does he ever wake up. I tried to pry his hand of me but I really was having the worst time of it. I even tried wriggling out but I couldn't hmm I turned around and screamed in his ear.

"JAKE WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

He shook awake

"Wh-whaa"

He looked down confused for a minute but didn't let go. He layed back down still not letting me go, I sat there akwardly for like five minutes until I couldn't take it anymore.

"Jake let go of me"

He just looked at me and smilede

"Nah"

"Jake come on please just let go"

"Nope I like this position"

I stuck my tongue out at him and smiled

"well I warned you"

"what are you tal......."

I shifted into my wolf forcing his grip from around me to break, I turned around a liked him on the face making sure to get doggy saliva on his face, He sat there wipping it off having trouble I just let out a wolfy chuckled and trotted down the steps still as a wolf. I looked at the clock and It was only 6:30 wait shouldn't we be getting ready for school. Jake ran down the stairs trying to find me probably for his revenge but ehh that'll have to wait for later.

"Jake we've still got school"

He looked at me and cocked his head "Crap" He ran out of the house towards his so he could grab some clothes and I ran towards my bathroom getting ready by the time he was back I was dressed and ready. I even made everyones breakfast. ha wow he's slow We ate as fast as we could and left the house running towards the car. We hopped in and drove off. We got to school and met up with the twins and Matt.

"I've got something to tell you guys."

Jake seemed excited to tell us, the twins ran towards him begging him to tell him

"Ohh what? what?"

"I'll tell you guys after school" he chuckecled and walked away towards class.

The day flew by and we all hurried over to Jake's car waiting for him to tell us what he was talking about. The twins were practically jumping in excitment jake walked over with a huge smile on his face. He walked up aand just looked at us smiling.

"And?" I asked him expectantly

"We are all going to a private beach and staying in a beach house near some woods for spring break next week!"

"OMG OMG THATS AMAZING WOHO!" the twins yelled in unison.

Me and matt laughed at them and looked at Jake.

"Thats sounds great" I said smilling.

We  all left and me and Jake went in back to Mr.Walkers house. I actually am excited for next week It sounds fun.

"Hey Jake when are we leaving?"

"Friday right after school"

I just nodded and smiled its already tuesday so I should pack friday night. I got out expecting Jake to get out like normal. I looked back and he stayed in the car.

"Sorry Lexi I need to take care of a few things." I nodded and headed towards the house

well this is a first maybe I'll take a run since hes not here. I just threw on some shorts and ran outside, i'm not going to far since everytime I do something weird happens. I just kind of ran around loving the feeling of the fur rushing through my hair. After two hours I just ran back to the house excited for Friday after school.

The next few days flew by and it was already thursday night. I was trying to think of what all I needed to pack I never actually too a trip to the beach.

"Mr.Walker what all do you think i'll need to take to he beach?"

He walked in, at this point I was more conforatable when it came to talking to Mr.Walker Jake matt and the twins.

"Pack enough clothes for a wweek and pack a few extra just in case, also don't forget to bring your bathing suit."

I just nodded and smiled

"Thanks"

"No problem" He hugged me and went to bed.

I packed six pairs of jeans and some shorts grabbed some shirts and three sweat shirts. I packed my wolf tankini and the swiiming shorts to wear with them and I was ready to go after packing some tolitrees. I'm so excited :)

I heard a knock at my door and opened it, Jake walked in a plopped down on my bed.

"you packed?"

I nodded my head and layed down on my bed also, He started running his hands through my hair which was actually pretty relaxing, even though I liked it I sat up anyway I can't be thinking this way. He poked me im my stomach causing me to giggle and I punched him in the arms weirdo. I went to my bathroom and changed for bed it was getting pretty late. I came out and he looked at me laughing

"Getting ready for bed already?"

I just nodded smiling.

"Mind if I stay here?"

"Sure why not"

He grabbed some extra clothes he keeps here, and layed out on the extra mattress Mr.Walker brought in here. He knows we wont do anything so he's fine with Jake staying here. I went to sleep Excited about what all was in store for tomorrow.

JAKE'S POV

I'm nervous about this coming week Im excited we get to hang out with matt and the twins but I decided I'm going to tell her she's my mate. I can't stand her not knowing anymore, Unfortunatly female wolves don't know if a person is their mate or not it doesn't shout at them like male's do but sometimes tey do feel the spark or some tingly sensation. Oh well we'll se how it plays out all I know is no matter what i'm not going to lose her.
