Chapter 39

Kiara

"Oh my God Park! This place is so amazing", I ran into a hug with him.

Parker chose one of the best places to cheer me up and that is ice skating. This ice ring had been closed down for a while now but back then Dad, Henry, Noah and I would come here regularly and skate. I had grown a fond liking for it since childhood and would always come here but then some incident broke here which led to this place shutting down.

Which now, makes me wonder how did Parker get me here?!

"Park", I said breaking the hug, "How did you know about this place and besides this place has been closed down, isn't it?"

"Beautiful, I can do anything to lighten your mood, and besides I am Parker Watson, so I can crack my way out", he smirked with pride.

"Cocky much", I gave him my half smile as he laughed and said, "There is a friend at work whose cousin owns this place and if I know so, this close down is for renovation purpose due to some accident on the skiing slope at the backside of the building but since my colleague knows me really well, she got her cousin rend us this place for the evening."

A 'she' from work who also knew Parker REALLY well, helped him! Such a generous lady...not!

Shut up Kia, why are you getting jealous?!

"That's really sweet of your friend Parker", sarcasm is all that left my mouth after great efforts of self-control.

He laughed once again and took a few sniffs near me, "Is there a burn here, beautiful?"

"What burn?! There is no burn", I replied smoothly, what looked smooth only to me.

"You bet there is no burn, pretty", he winked at me before moving towards the counter behind which he walked to get us the skates and helmets.

Yet another catch there and the ice can freeze me here!

I dragged myself to him as his handsome face appeared back with two pairs of equipment.

"There you go, wear these so that we could get in there", he handed me my skates only, knowing that the helmet was his part to fix on me. I instantly wore them and so did he. He then took the smaller helmet and gently pushed it over my head clipping the buckles and wore his own.

I kept my belongings on the side of the counter as he held my hand and we went inside the ring. As soon as we entered, I left his hand and started rolling my way in the ring. It was so much fun with all the memories in the same place and I loved skating too.

"Beautiful, how often have you come here?" Parker asked me.

"A zillion times Park!" I rolled over to him, placing my hands on his shoulders as held me by my waist and we continued to skate, "Basically in childhood Noah and I with our dads would come here every week and compete on the counts of our butt-falls", we laughed.

The ring was frozen and cold with a crisp lining on the edges of its fence. We were wearing our safety helmets and gloves as we slide. Suddenly Parker stopped and pulled me towards him as I hit against his hard chest and caught my breath.

Our eyes locked and our frosty breath mingled with each other. There was intense tension luring in the air as we froze in our positions and suddenly I was lost in those sparkling blue orbs once again. They had the charisma of a deep ocean and tonight I was drowning in them.

Parker's one hand was resting peacefully on my waist and he held out his other hand, making us rhythmically skate around the ring. I followed his moves as we swayed on our own beats and I spread my arms letting myself free like a bird as Parker secured his around me.

He swirled me around and locked our gazes once again, those magical minutes were oblivion for us. Well only until, my clumsiness knocked our way and my foot bumped on the fencing making us both loose our balance.

My butt was the first to come in contact with the ice and then Parker fell upon me. "Ouuii", I squeaked in pain as my ass froze. "I'm sorry beautiful. Did I hurt you?" Parker looked at me in concern.

"No, it's my butt, its ice frozen now", I winced as Parker looked at me and then we both busted laughing.

Parker tried getting up but because of the slippery surface of the ice he kept slithering again and again while we both kept giggling at our situation. Finally after many failing attempts, Park managed to get up with the help of the fence and then he lifted me with his one strong hand.

We skidded for some more time before going back and on the way we stopped by at a restaurant to eat our meals. Time with Parker passes like air, so fast and yet you feel every moment in slow motion.

Later at night he came to drop me home, first parking the car in the garage and then walking me to the door. "Park thank you so much for such an enjoyable evening. It meant so much to me that you took so many efforts", I pecked his cheek and blushed.

I think Parker blushed too, maybe a faint shade of pink formed on his cheeks.

Oh.My.God! Yayiee!

"Anything for my beautiful", he covered it with his charming signature smile.

"So I'll see you tom after work at home?" he asked.

"Yes sure. I'll be there. Goodnight Park", I waved him.

"Nighty night, beautiful", he grinned while his hands ran into his hair at the nape of his neck.

I went inside with a smile that would flash the whole set of teeth I have in total, and which wouldn't become any small.

Next day, early evening...

Noah

"I love spending time like this with you baby. This sneaking around is a little dangerous and gives me a bag of guilt but this is best for now", Tam says while rubbing her thumb to my hand which is held by her.

After our work, Tamara and I decided to meet at our common spot in the park. We were sitting on the grass enjoying ourselves as she sat in between my legs with her back facing my chest and our hands interlocked with each other.

I placed my head on the crock of her neck and smiled, "I know sweetie me too. The time with you is so precious to me, what are you doing to me Miss Tamara Jones?"

She immediately turned around and cupped my face, "The tenderness of our relationship blooms the same sparkles in my heart too and the magic never wants me to go away from you."

I didn't know what to say so I just grabbed her into a kiss that would say it all for me. There was so much passion in our kiss and it became even deep as her mouth parted allowing our tongues to battle and our hearts to beat faster than ever.

This girl drives me insane!

Woah! Too much romance in one chapter but I enjoyed so much that I didn't feel like ending it. Anyway I have so more of romance between Noah and Tamara for the next chapter.
