Ivy

   "Come on, you useless snail, move your butt!" I yowl to my apprentice as we endurance train in the woods. "I'm sorry Redfang, I'm just tired today" she muttered, forcing her legs to work harder. "Well, you had your chance to get your rest. Now hurry up and work!" I snap. Her eyes flared. "Okay, what is your problem?" She hissed. I flatten my ears, "listen, pissy. Do you really want to talk to me like that? I will take you out if you disrespect me like that again. Zip your big mouth and listen, you dirty rogue" I growl, taking a step closer. She dipped her head, "fine, what are we doing?" "That's better, now let's do some battle training." I meow. She lowered onto her haunches, before flying at me all claws. I dodge away, letting her get a claw full of tree. I swiftly grasp her with my claws and pin her. She kicked into my stomach and raked my belly, sharp claws popping holes into my skin. I roar furiously and dig teeth into her shoulder softly. She hissed and threw me off. I flick my tail at her. 

I breathe in deeply, catching an oddly familiar scent. I look around before seeing a sleek grey tabby underfed she cat next to Dodge. She pressed her muzzle into his shoulder and licked him, curling her tail around him. I felt unsteady on my legs and sunk my claws into the ground. I clench my teeth hard. She pressed her head underneath his chin and purred. I couldn't take it any more. Before I knew it I was flying forward, all claws. I latched onto her, hissing. She twisted, fighting to get a hold on skin. I pin her to the ground, digging fangs into her throat hard. She kicked out, but lack of food weakened her. "What did I tell you, cat? Did you think I wasn't serious?" I growl at her. I heard Dodges pleads to me to stop. She just stared at me, before I bit back onto her throat. 

  Dodge tore me off her. He was pinning me "what is wrong with you!?" I hiss. "I never thought me and you would be good mates, and maybe this just proves it!" I choke. He just stared down at me. "Get off me!" I cry out. At that he slipped off. I tore away, sadness flooding me. I settle next to a tree far away. "Redfang please." Dodge mewed. "Please what?! Please act like I didn't just ditch you for a prettier cat? Is that it Dodge? Huh?" I yowl. "I'm sorry, Redfang. It will never happen again" "you are so damn right it won't. Not to me. Because we're through, Dodge. Congrats, you lasted two days with a mate. Happy? And this time, do not follow me" I meow, turning and walking away. I slip into the nursery to see Luna with her kit. "Hi" I mutter. She looked at me, concerned. "What happened to yo, or what's poppin g? No? All I get is a hi?" She joked. I nod. "Whats up?" She meowed, scooting closer to me. "Luna, me and Dodge are through." I meow. "I'm sorry." She whispered. "No, don't be. I'll be fine. I swear." I murmur, turning and leaving. Dodge was outside. I avoid him, flicking my tail in dismissal. "Please. And let me finish this time. You are the only one that's special to me like this. I never want to be with any one but you. And you are a liar. There is no she cat prettier than you. Or with a better personality. Ivy wouldn't greet me with a what's poppin g. Only you. I only pulled you off because me and Ivy are close" he finally finished. "Well if you've quite finished your sob story, I think that was hilarious. Dodge I don't want to be your mate for your so beautiful, I want to be your mate for you're so stupid, and you know that" I hiss. "But, if you swear you will never speak to her again, and won't tell me I'm beautiful, I will be happy to take you back" I mutter. His eyes lit up. He pressed his nose into mine. "Yay!" Screeched Luna.
