"Bluemoon! Bluemoon!" I had just recruited Bluemoon as my new deputy. Ashglow's death was tragic, but he died how every warrior wishes they could; fighting to save their clan. Bluemoon looked utterly shocked, she clearly never imagined to be deputy. I saw Acefire looking pleased at my decision. The young she-cat was still hurting after her brother's death, but it was getting better.  "I have more news. Aspen has made the decision to retire from medicine cat position. Briarpool knows she will do well, and is fine being the only medicine cat." I meowed. "Aspen! Aspen!" Everybody chanted. I saw the graying Tom sitting below me, his pale green gaze expressionless. I looked around at my clan, my heart swelling with pride. These powerful, fearless warriors looked up to me. Blaze's muscles rippled under her firey pelt, and Ivymoon's white teeth glinted as she chanted Aspen's name. My gaze rested finally on Soko. The white she-cat was powerful and large, but I knew that it couldn't be long before she retired as well. "Since he is our first elder, we have to make an elder's den. Acefire, Tallear, and Soko, I'd like you three to have an elder's den by moonhigh. Dodge will be here to assist you if needed." I meowed, leaping from the high-rock.

I looked at all I had accomplished. I was still young, only getting close to four years old. I already gained the loyalty and respect of a bunch of savage rogues. This was BloodClan. We gave no mercy. Blaze galloped up to me, "Lots of clan scent. ThunderClan, actually! It smells like twenty different cats." He reported. He was just out hunting alone, and I never expected he would return with this! "Okay. Get Dodge, Ivymoon, Bluemoon, Luna, and Tallear. We will go too." I told him. He nodded and pelted away. I didn't know if I would be able to attack any of my old ClanMates. What would happen?

We stalked slowly, heads low. Dodge brought up the lead, Bluemoon a tail length behind. Bluemoon was an amazing tracker with outrageously powerful hind legs. She could send a big tom flying to his mother like a kit with a single strike to his belly. Dodge froze. I quickly slid between my sister and mate, listening and drinking in every scent.

"Redfang! she's here! ThunderClan attack!" a voice yowled. I gasped as another cat leapt on dodge and pummeled him.

"There! He stole her!" They called. I didn't remember anyone! I felt so lost. I cried out and began to defend the frozen Bluemoon from the rolling cats.

"Stop!" I cried. No one listened. I had enough. My eyes shone blood red and I screeched as I landed on a tabby tom. I rolled with him and slit his throat, blood spraying from his wound. He choked and died slowly. My eyes faded back to ice blue and I looked at my paws and backed off my clanmate who I remembered as Runningstripe. I looked at ThunderClan frozen around me. Rashflame took a step toward me.

"We are here to save you, Redfang. Stop being silly!" He mewed. I padded up to him until we were a mouse-length apart.

"I can make it on my own. I don't need you!" Rashflame looked unconvinced. " When I'm finished, they won't even know your name!" I yowl. "You put me through hell. I had to learn how to fight for myself out here!" I screeched, eyes transforming. My long claws slid out and I yowled, "BloodClan, you know what to do" Instantly my clan shot forward and attacked. I pounced on Rashflame and fastened my jaws on his throat, and he bled out quickly. I pounced on Longtail and bowled him to the ground. He snarled and slashed at me, then backed away.

"Redfang!" He bolted forward to nuzzle, but instead I reared and slammed him down, and cracked his spine. I saw Goldfoot struggling under another cat, then They released, but my clan has no code, so Goldfoot turned and slashed the cat's throat. I nodded my approval then shot to attack someone else. I got thrown to the mud by a cat I didn't know.

"Rashflame was my father!" He howled, his brown fur gleaming, dark brown tabby stripes barely showing. I stared at him. I could tell from his build he was all power. I leaped and my claws slammed into his ribs, and I hooked them through. I fastened my jaws around his leg and he raked the back of my neck with his claws. I yowled and released, before hooking claws under his chin and trying to slice his throat but failed. His hind paws slammed into my belly, tossing me off. I heaved and struggled to my paws, I decided I was no longer playing around. I flew at him and began slashing aimlessly at his body, hitting eyes and throat. He coughed and clawed back. I fought too then slashed his throat over and over.

On the other side of the forest, Dodge was cornered and struggling. I gasped as the cats pinned him and tore him up. "Get away!" I snarled, clawing my way through the cats. I tore a cat off him and whacked her against a tree, a crunch filling the air. I sliced the tabby toms flanks and bit him, Dodge hitting the tom hard, but he was fading fast. I grabbed the tabbys scruff and held his face in the dirt, until he stopped breathing  a final orange tabby was biting dodges throat. I sent him flying with a painfully well aimed claw to the head.

I flew to licking my mate's bloody body. "No!" I screech. "I've already lost my nephew, my deputy, my best friend, my precious kits, and both my parents. Now my baby?" I touched my muzzle to his as I fell down next to him, wrapping my paw around him.

"I won't leave yet" he croaked. "You better not" I sob. Dodge licked my face weakly. I buried in his big fluffy body "Don't go, my love" I pleaded. He peeled his eyes open to look up at me, before shutting them again. I felt a cat pressing into me. I looked through my teary eyes to see Bluemoon.

"They fled, we have to bring him to Briarpool." She mewed. I nodded and we hauled him back to camp.

I dragged him to the medicine den. "Help him!" I ordered. Briarpool jumped, then turned to me. She placed her head down on him. "He's too far gone. Say your goodbyes, I have to give him deathberries." She concluded. I wailed and collapsed. "Dodge! I love you. I know I never say it, but I do!" I cried. "I'll miss you so much" I whispered. "I love you too. I will watch over you, love." He choked. I burried my face into him "Dodge, why do you have to leave!? Why? Goodbye, my love" I said, licking his fur the whole time he ate the berries and faded. I saw his spirit rise, with his sister Flower as he walked into the starry depths of his new clan. He gave a sad glance and stalked away.
