Redfang's Quest-Warriors

Bluemoon

   "Redfang!" Shouted Blaze and his patrol. I turn to face the six cats. "what?" I meow, concerned. "We found a whole bunch of intruders" he growled. "How many?" I hiss. "10" "Bring them to me" I growl. Acefire and Ivymoon returned moments later with ten cats. "What are you doing in BloodClan territory?" I snap, lashing my tail. "I don't know, and we'll be on our way if you like!" Meowed a blue-grey she-cat. Something about this group of cats was so oddly familiar, but i had no clue what. until it hit me, "Bluemoon!" I shout, before launching forward, bowling over my sister. I stared into her eyes, before licking her fore head. She pummeled my belly until she got me off, then muttered "It's Bluestar. And who do you think you are, pinning me like that. You nearly gave me a heart attack." she hissed. "It's me! Redfang! Your sister!" she held my gaze, before growling, "Redfang is dead. Her and Dodge were killed during a night guard." "No, Bluestar! I ran away with him, we didn't die" She held my gaze, before her eyes narrowed into slits, "Why did you have to leave me?! Redfang, that was the worst day of my life! I wanted to DIE! That was the day my life ended! I ran off with Goldfoot, Volefur, Badgerstrike, Yellowfang, and Scarface to find you. We never got back to camp. I had four kits, briarkit, Lowkit, Rainkit, and Sparrowkit. then mom died." She glared at me. "oh my StarClan. I had no clue." I mew. "will you stay, please?" I ask my sister. She nodded.

   "I say these words before StarClan, so that the spirits of our warrior ancestors may hear and approve my choice. The new deputy of BloodClan is Ashglow" I mew, before waiting until the yowls of approval died down. "Also, Mistypaw and Tallpaw are ready to be warriors. I, Redstar,  leader of BloodClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on these apprentices. They have trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend them to you as full warriors in their turn. Mistypaw, Tallpaw. do you two promise to uphold the warrior code, and protect and defend the clan even at the cost of your life?" "I do" They both meowed calmly. "then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior names. Mistypaw, from this moment you will be known as Mistypath. Starclan honors your speed and honesty, and we welcome you as a full warrior of BloodClan. " "Tallpaw, from this moment you will be known as Tallear. StarClan honors your loyalty and cleverness, and we welcome you as a full warrior of BloodClan. I have one last announcement for today. Leaf bare is approaching, and prey will soon be scarce. Today I'd like each cat old enough to go hunting at least once." I yowl before leaping from the high rock. "Bluemoon!" I shout to my sister. The larger she-cat trotted up to me. "Think we could go out for some training, just so I can get leaf bare off my mind for once?" I meow to my sister. She nodded. "Sure, let's go"

   My gaze rested on Bluemoon. I unsheathed my claws then threw myself at her. She dodged, before twisting and pinning me down. My huge, powerful hind legs dug straight into her belly. I shredded her belly to pieces before she released me. I leaped once more, this time holding onto her with my claws, before my weight brought her down. I nip her spine, before dismounting her, meowing cheerfully, "yep, your dead!" She got up and shook herself, before running her tongue over her cuts. "Be quiet, dog breath" she growled at me before leaping at me. We fought on our hind legs, until with a powerful shove, Bluemoon was on the sand floor. "Guess I'm a little rusty from going so long without battling." Bluemoon mewed. I chuckle, "yeah, don't get used to it. Out here, there's danger everywhere. I defeated a Fox once with the help of just a few other warriors. It was amazing. A bit easy though, but it will be for you eventually." I meow. She looked me up and down, her mind whirling. She nodded, then pounced on me, and we wrestled on the sand. 

   "Come on, let's go back to camp" I say to my sister. We pad along a stream, the sound of rushing water filling our ears. Until a twig snapped behind us. I stop, before barring Bluemoon with my tail. I turn around slowly to see a dog crouching low to the ground behind us. It was nearly twice our size. "Eh, it's a small one" I meow. "Small? Small? You call that small?" Bluemoon mewed. "Oh yeah, your a forest cat. " I chuckle. "Yeah, around here that is called small. Come on, let's go beat his sorry little ass up" I meow, before leading Bluemoon into battle. I fly at the dog, clawing at its face. My sister darted in and raked the dogs spine. She held on for dear life. I race towards the dogs throat, before ripping furiously with claws and teeth. We were a howling and barking flurry. Bluemoon dug teeth and fore claws into the dogs shoulder and battered it's hind quarters with her hind claws. I released its throat, and with a powerful shake it threw Bluemoon from its shoulder. I backed up, before charging full speed at its side. It staggered, then fell from the impact. I yowl with pride as I charged to tear into its throat. Bluemoon was already attacking it some more as well. With a loud howl, we soon realized the dog was dead. We cry out happily."see? Barely even left with a scratch" I tease my sister, bumping her side.

   Bluemoon squeaked as she put weight on her hind leg "Ugh. Do you guys have a medicine cat around here?" she mewed. "yeah, follow me." We trot over to Aspen's den. "What's happened now?" he asked. "there was a dog and Bluemoon got a few cuts. Don't worry though, that dog is taken care of." I meow. "okay. this way, Bluemoon" Aspen instructed my sister. Exhausted, I drag myself back to my den, before collapsing down and falling asleep.
