School was there today, and I had to get ready. I woke up quite late and I didn't have time to even remember about the black note. As I was wearing my shoes I saw the book on the table, and that's how I remembered about it.
I grabbed it and kept it in my bag. It was good that humans couldn't see it, it would be a problem if they did. On the way to school, I decided to think about if I should swear to the book or not.
And while thinking about it I remembered all those times, when I first met Adrien and Grandma. How much Grandma cared for me and how worried she had been when she found out that I was missing, despite her bad health.
As I thought about it more and more I wanted to go back, I felt like a burden. But there also lied this feeling inside where a small part of me wanted to stay too, and be with them.
"Don't go anywhere without me okay?" Adrien said as we entered school.
"Not even the bathroom?" I asked laughing.
"Except that of course." He said and laughed along and we continued walking further. Eric came and joined us when he saw us.
"If there is anything you need to keep away from the bullies, tell me. And if you need any help, I'll be there." Eric said.
"There's no need Eric, I can handle it." Adrien replied.
"If Eric wants to help, why don't you let him?" I asked. Adrien ignored my question and we continued to walk forward.
When we were about to enter class, I stopped and asked, "What if I can't handle it?"
"You can handle it. Trust yourself." Adrien said.
"Just ignore them and stay by our side. You'll be alright." Eric said.
I nodded and entered the class. I went to sit in my place when Ashley blocked my way and said, "I'll make sure you no longer sit next to Adrien. Just wait and watch." She smirked and moved out of the way.
I took a deep breath and sat next to Adrien. When Mr. Watson was about to start class, Ashley raised her hand. Mr. Watson asked her the reason why she put her hand up and she said, "Trixie and Adrien cannot sit together."
I turned to look at her in suprise. Was she serious when she told that she'll make sure Adrien and I don't sit next to each other?
"And why is that Ashley?" Mr. Watson asked.
"Because they aren't cousins." Everyone started gasping and looking at Adrien and me.
"Is that true?" Mr. Watson asked, looking in our direction.
Adrien got up and said, "Yes Mr. Watson, that's true..." Everyone in class except Daniel and his gang, Heather, Ashley, Brittany and Eric started gossiping and looking in our direction.
"You two live together don't you?" Someone said.
"You shouldn't be sitting together." Someone else said.
"Yeah, I agree too!" Someother human being said.
"Why did you say that you were cousins, when you aren't?" Mr. Watson asked.
"Look at the reaction that everyone had just now." Adrien said. "That's why."
"Mr. Watson, why don't you change everyone's seats." Mr. Williams said. Where did he come from out of the blue?
"Mr. Williams what are you doing here?" Mr. Watson asked.
"Oh well, I was just passing by and heard loud noises, so I thought of checking in." He replied. "And I would want to give you a suggestion. It's better you change everyone's position."
