She couldn't bear it anymore. She turned around and started running. If she stayed any longer then she would change her mind. She could hear him scream out to her, but she didn't stop. If she did, then she wouldn't be able to resist herself from going back. So, she ran.

She would run until she would have no energy left inside of her. She would run until there was no stop. And he would run behind her. He couldn't let her go. Especially, when he needed her the most. He couldn't lose her after what she was to him now. She was everything to him and he couldn't lose her too.

She kept running. She felt like crying. She could feel his presense behind her. She thought she would be able to give him a normal farewell, but this was nothing like she had imagined.

He couldn't be without her, and she couldn't be without him.

She saw a ray of bright light glowing in her direction and she knew that was her way back. Light, that felt warm and calm but deadly at the same time. Was she ready to face the truth about her past? Was she ready to leave Adrien behind?

She ran towards the light, and he ran behind her, until both of them vanished together, into a field of darkness.
