THIS IS NOT THE FINAL CHAPTER!!!

I drew Aku. It's in the media ^^
It took me forever. Jk. Only like an hour.
Anyways, he's a permanent character. Sorry if u don't like him, but y'know, I like him~. To the story!
______

It was a long walk back to the castle. The poison marks were spreading on my body. It was worse for Erza. It was traveling on the side of her face as she carried the bloodied unconscious boy. We finally saw the glimmering lights of the newly built and powered. I sighed out in relief that Virgo was able to get it there safely before my magic ran out. Guards were outside the building, standing with their spears crossing each other as they noticed us. "Erza-sama, Luke-sama!"
One of the guards took Aku and carries him off as he led us to a cleansing pool. As soon as he left I stripped and submerged myself under the water. My skin felt so relieved and I let out a long sigh from under the water. "This really does the trick, doesn't it Erza?" I said.

"Indeed," I looked at her with a sweat drop. "Why are you still in your armor? Wouldn't you be more comfortable without it?"

"You're right..." she glowed with a bright light, and her clothing was removed. I abruptly lifted myself out of the water. "Wow! You look great without your armor!" I saw her smirk at me as she put a hand on her hip. "Oh really? Maybe I should walk around the school like this," she said. My mouth dropped open. "It was a joke," she said, submerging herself under the water line. I sat back in the water and laughed awkwardly. "Haha...yeah...funny..."

My skin was completely free of any blotches that I got from the fight. "That poor boy...," Erza randomly said. I looked at her with a raised eyebrow. "Imagine living alone down there under some sort of spell with your freedom stripped away from you."

"It's sad," I said, "he was fooled. But now he can live the rest of his life freely now!" Erza smiled as she wrapped a towel around her torso. "Yes."  After that the night was uneventful. I was given a small room in a nearby hotel, where I settled down. I grasped a silver key in my hands. "Open! Gate of the little doggie!"

*PUFF*

"Puii puii"

I giggled and scooped up Plue into my arms and placed my chin on his head. "Long day huh, Plue?" I felt him nod. This little guy is the best. Wouldn't you agree? I set him next to me on the bed, and pulled out a pen and paper and wrote two words I haven't written in a long time...

Dear Mom,
It's been a while since I last wrote to you. How is it in heaven? Recently I've had so much piled onto my plate since I ran away from home, but in a good way. I think being away from dad has done me some good. Yet I'm still worried he's going to find me...actually...he will find me eventually. But I guess that's something for tomorrow's me to worry about, right? Other than that, something has been bothering me. I can't shake off the feeling that's making my heart ache...I'm in love. Yet...i don't know who I have feelings for. I care about everyone at the dorm I live at. Everyone is so nice. Am I in love with all of them!? Only time will tell. Guide me from heaven okay? I miss you.

Love,
Lucy

Placing my pen back into my bag, I folded the letter and sealed it before putting it into my bag as well. "You can go back Plue," I said looking at the time. '2:25 A.M.'

I wasn't that surprising considering the fact that we were out so late on that mission. A dull silver light glowed as Plue went back to the spirit world and I finally let my head rest on the pillow and let my eyes close.
