Hinata was writing up a new piano score to replace the one that was stolen when her phone rang.

She saw Sakura's name flashing on the screen and picked up the call.

"Hi Sakura."

"Hello? Hinata?!?"

"Erm yes. Are you alright Sakura? Why are you panting?"

"Hinata you haven't heard?!?"

"Eh? Heard what?"

"Naruto met with a serious car crash! I'm on my way to Konoha Hospital! I'm assisting the surgeon working on Naruto! Sasuke should be reaching the investigation site where Naruto crashed his car!"

Hinata gripped her phone after Sakura ranted everything out to her, not saying anything for a few seconds.

"Hinata?? Hinata are you there?!?"

The bluenette covered her mouth as she broke into soft sobs.

"Oh god Hinata! I'm so sorry I can't be by your side right now! I wish I could..."

Hinata shook her head even though she knew Sakura couldn't see her.

"It's-it's-it's f-f-fine... Please save him... Please... Please please save him Sakura..." Hinata begged as Sakura consoled her friend.

"I promise you I will do my utmost best to save him Hinata... I'll call Tenten and Ino to accompany you alright? Do you want me to call Hanabi too or you rather do it yourself?"

"No-no... Don't-don't disturb Tenten and Ino... Tenten is-is out on a mo-movie date with-with Neji nii san and Ino is preg-pregnant... And don't call Hanabi too.. I-I don't want her to worry..."

"Hinata stop trying to shoulder the burden all by yourself! We're all here to help you Hinata!" Sakura told her friend fiercely.

Hinata took a deep breath.

"Okay. I'll call them up... Thank you Sakura..."

AT THE INVESTIGATION SITE

The forensic team was dusting for fingerprint as Obito and the other investigating officers looked around for clues, being careful to wear their gloves so as not to tamper with any evidence..

"Found anything suspicious?" Obito asked as he approached Itachi.

Itachi shook his head.

"Unfortunately this highway is a desolate one. It is a shortcut but there are no CCTVs installed here to help us."

Obito frowned as he buried his hands in his pocket.

"So we can assume by chance that this is a real accident?"

"Guess so. There are no signs of any broken parts from another vehicle so..."

"Itachi nii san! Obito san! I found something suspicious!" Sasuke huffed out as he went up to the two older Uchihas.

Both Obito and Itachi whipped their heads to Sasuke.

"What is it?"

"Naruto has always installed a front and back cameras for his car..."

"Well I guess that's a start so we can see how the accident happened.." Obito commented but Itachi frowned.

"Wait how is this even suspicious?"

Sasuke's eyes narrowed to dangerous slits.

"Both cameras have been removed. Totally and professionally removed. It's as if they were never installed before..."

"Wait... Itachi, you said this highway is a desolate one right? And there are no signs of any broken parts from another vehicle right?"

Itachi nodded as he then quickly caught on to what Obito was thinking.

"If there seem to be no witnesses, who reported the accident..." Itachi pondered...

"Probably the same person who removed the cameras to throw us off..." Sasuke commented.
