Chapter Two

"So are you going to press charges on her?" Jiraiya asked as he sipped his coffee with Naruto, Sasuke and Nagato across him.

It's been almost 2 months since Naruto married Hinata and he decided to bring his wife and invite his friends back to his family's bungalow during the summer holiday of their university...

"I don't think so... There's not enough evidence pops..." Naruto said as Sasuke was in deep thought before speaking.

"Itachi nii san is busy to come here but he told me to update him. I think it's best if we wait for more proof that Shizuka's mum and Kaguya really killed the Uchiha and Uzumaki family. All these speculations from Jiraiya sounds about right but we still can't be too sure..."

"But what if more harm comes to Hinata while we wait for that to happen? Hinata doesn't know it but Shizuka has been bombarding Naruto through emails and voicemails. Karin gets rid of all Shizuka's messages. She's practically working as Naruto's personal secretary for free." Nagato snorted as Naruto gave an apologetic smile.

"I'll apologise to Karin when I have the time. I did give her extra cash for her help."

"Pfft... Karin is an Uzumaki, you think she has no money?"

"Guys come on. We need to come to a decision for now. So no police report?" Sasuke interrupted and they looked at Jiraiya who shrugged his shoulders.

"Hey don't look at me. So far they haven't done anything incriminating. Kaguya's experiments are approved by the military of the country. If the military approves it most probably the government knows about it..."

"But we don't have proof of that..." Naruto interrupted.

"But that's confidential stuff Naruto. It's gonna be difficult for Jiraiya sama to get in..." Nagato pointed out as Naruto huffed in disappointment.

Sasuke sat up straight.

"But it's not impossible right Jiraiya sama?" the Uchiha said slowly as Jiraiya raised an eyebrow.

"Oh now you wanna call me as Jiraiya sama eh boy! Only when you need favours!" Jiraiya scowled, rolling his eyes at Sasuke as he was then met with Nagato's and Naruto's hopeful looks.

"Argh fine! I'm doing it for you boys! Damn the Uchihas! They always have a way of persuading people!" Jiraiya muttered in irritation as Nagato and Naruto high-fived each other while Sasuke crossed his arms with a triumphant smirk...

AFTER THE HOLIDAYS

Hinata just only reached her door when she received a message from Naruto.

Naruto: hey princess I'm gonna be late. Lecturer wants us to stay back and do some group discussion. I'll see you tonight alright? Wear something sexy for me, 😘

Hinata blushed at the message as she typed an 'okay dear' and she fumbled in her bag for the apartment keys...

After her marriage, she and Naruto moved into Naruto's apartment as they wanted some privacy. Hiashi obviously was upset about it as he's not used to not having Hinata around the house but Hanabi and surprisingly even Neji helped to persuade the old man to let Hinata go...

Hinata pushed open the door but a bunch of letters blocked the door from opening further.

The bluenette bent down to pick up the letters and then entered her apartment before closing the door. She looked through the letters, mostly they were fees regarding hers and Naruto's insurance, their apartment bills... Suddenly, the last letter caught her eye.

It didn't have any stamp and the address was written to their apartment but specifically for Naruto...

Hinata was tempted to open and read it but she decided she respected Naruto's privacy and left it on the dining table along with the other letters...

An hour later, said blonde reached home and entered the apartment with his own set of keys.

"Hinata chan?" Naruto called out but he heard the water running in the shower from his bedroom..

"Heh, she's showering eh? Maybe I should join her..." Naruto grinned to himself and he was about to walk past the dining table when he saw the letters on the table.

Naruto did the same filtering process as Hinata. When he got to the last letter, he frowned and realised Hinata didn't read it as the seal was still intact.

His initial intention to shower with his wife flew out his head as he decided to open the letter..

"I'm watching you Uzumaki Naruto. I waited so long to do this. I've known all along where you live. I took this long as I had to get some things ready. I'm coming for you. But first, I need to get that Hyuga bitch out of the way. Love, Shizuka."

Naruto's blue eyes blazed with anger. No one threatens and insults Hinata and gets away with it...

"Naruto kun?" Hinata's soft voice pierced his anger as she was wiping her hair dry with the towel, hence she didn't see that Naruto has already opened the letter...

Naruto immediately slipped the letter into his pocket and gave his wife a bright smile.

"Hey princess, looks like you didn't wear anything sexy for me?" Naruto pouted as he approached his wife with a hug.

"I thought I'm already sexy enough for you?" Hinata teased as Naruto grinned and pecked her on the lips.

"You are. It's just a fetish I have." Naruto said as Hinata blinked at the messy letters on the dining table.

"Oh you went through the letters.."

Naruto gulped nervously.

"Did you see the last letter? The one without the stamp?"

"Err yea..."

"Have you opened it?"

"Yea-yea... I read it. It's empty though." Naruto lied swiftly.

"Huh empty?"

"Yea empty. You know? Empty as in nothing on it?"

Hinata rolled her eyes.

"I know what is the meaning of empty Naruto kun. I was just wondering why would someone write our address and personally send it here and the letter is empty."

Naruto shrugged his shoulders.

"Beats me. Now, where's the sex that you promised me?" Naruto grinned, swiftly changing the subject without Hinata realising.

"What-what sex?" Hinata stuttered. "I just promised to wear something sexy for you! I didn't promise any sex!"

"Oh well you do now." Naruto whispered huskily as he carried a blushing Hinata bridal style into their bedroom...
