Hinata stood by her husband's side as she held his hand. Naruto was sleeping peacefully as he gently breathe...

"Naruto kun! Please wake up!" she wept as Sakura and their other friends were gathered in Naruto's room.

"What the hell happened man?!?" Neji yelled angrily as he grabbed Sasuke's collar. "Who was that pianist?!? Your friend or what?!? Why did her music piece make him black out?!? I don't need to be a genius to know it was her piece that triggered something in Naruto!!!"

Sasuke gritted his teeth as he pried Neji's hands away from his collar.

"The hell Neji! I don't know who the fuck she is as I didn't even get to see her! The bar owner was paid a lot to squeeze her item and he thought it was harmless so he said yes since she said that the song was just dedicated to one of the patrons!"

"It was obviously meant for Naruto since Hinata insisted and recognised the song too! And to confirm it Naruto blacked out once he heard the song!" Gaara yelled accusingly at Sasuke.

"Guys stop! This is no time to be fighting! Hinata is upset here and you guys are just making things worse!" Temari said in a firm but gentle voice as the guys started settling down.

"Sai, take Ino home. She must be tired. Let her and the baby rest." Sakura's voice sounded as she entered the room and stopped in front of Naruto's bed with a clipboard looking tired. "The rest of you too, go home. I need to speak with Hinata alone..."

"Sakura no." Neji said firmly as his eyes darted to his younger cousin. "I won't leave Hinata's side. She's emotionally unstable right now and needs someone..."

Suddenly Naruto started convulsing on his bed.

"NO!!!"

Everyone's eyes widened as they stared at Naruto thrashing about on his bed. His blue eyes snapped opened as he opened his mouth to swallow in huge amounts of oxygen.

"Naruto kun! I'm here!" Hinata gripped his hand tightly as she raised her voice. "I'm here! Please calm down!"

"LET ME IN!" a voice was heard from outside as Sasuke's eyes widened.

"That's Shizuka's voice..." he blurted out.

"Who's Shizuka again?" Kankuro asked as Sakura's eyes hardened and they all turned their eyes to the door.

"The pianist..." the pinkette answered.

Sasuke turned to his wife looking shocked.

"Shizuka was the pianist that did this???"

"The pianist who played that music box piece?" Naruto's voice interrupted weakly but before anyone can say anything, the black haired girl burst into the room, heaving and panting.

"Naruto kun! I finally found you!" Shizuka broke down as Naruto's blue eyes widened.

"I... I don't remember... Who you are... But... But... How... How did you know about my dad's music piece..." Naruto managed to whisper but Hinata's lavender eyes narrowed at Shizuka.

"Shizuka I don't know what you're playing at but you need to get out of my husband's ward... He is currently recuperating after the dangerous stunt you pulled just now..."

Shizuka's green eyes flowed with tears as she looked at Naruto pleadingly.

"You have to believe me Naruto kun! I'm actually your ex fiancée and you broke up with me because this Hyuga whore here convinced you to cheat on me! After that you married her and I thought of staying away from you but when I heard you got into a serious accident and lost your memory I knew I just had to search back for you to help you! So I did just that and when I saw you in the bar just now I knew if I play that music piece which your dad created you will remember me!"

Naruto blinked in confusion as Hinata suddenly shouted at Shizuka with tears in her eyes.

"Shizuka that's enough! Please just stop this! You not only caused Naruto kun pain but you even caused me pain! Do you know how terrified I was to see Naruto kun blacking out before me like that!!!"

"OKAY ENOUGH!" Sakura shrieked, panting at the same time. "I AM A MEDICAL STAFF HERE AND I DEMAND EVERYONE EXCEPT HINATA GET OUT OF THIS WARD! NOW!!!"

Shizuka crossed her arms as she raised an eyebrow.

"No can do! I am Naruto's..."

"BY BLACK AND WHITE ONLY FAMILY MEMBERS OR SPOUSES CAN STAY WITH PATIENTS WHEN THE MEDICAL STAFF REQUEST SO AND THAT MEANS ONLY HINATA AND NEJI CAN STAY ALRIGHT!!!" the pinkette screamed as she pointed at the door.

"NOW EVERYBODY OUT!!! AND THAT INCLUDES YOU TOO MR UCHIHA!!! O-U-T, OUT!!!"

Everyone scrambled out, pushing Shizuka out on the way and Sasuke gave a charming smirk to Sakura with a look promising to give her payback in bed for her sassiness. He then closed the door since he was the last one to exit...

"What...the hell... Just happened..." Naruto whispered as Hinata sobbed and sank into the chair beside the bed, Neji just observing everything with arms crossed...
