The strongest person has a limit. To many that limit my be viewed as a weakness but to some it is viewed as a mark of truth. Even the strongest can only push themselves so far. Even the bravest wish to run. Even the nicest can be turned mean.
Limits can be pushed but push too far or too hard and you can do permanent damage.
Our limits are not weaknesses, they are proof that we have pushed ourselves as far as we can.
Don't push past your limits and don't push others past theirs.
