"Um...can I talk to you about something?" Aiden asked Owen as they sat on the floor of his bedroom.
"Sure! What is it?" Owen said looking up from his school book.
Aiden became nervous then; he took a deep breath and said. "Owen...I really really like you. I know you like me too. I was wondering...would you like to be my boyfriend?"
Owen stared at Aiden for a few seconds then a smile spread across his face. "Well, you're right I do like you. To answer your question...yes. Yes I would like to be your boyfriend."

Aiden relaxed and smiled back at Owen.
Owen then made the first move and leaned over and kissed Aiden.
Aiden wasn't expecting it so his eyes grew wide but then he relaxed and closed his eyes as the kissed continued. They broke apart and smiled shyly at each other.

"Wow!" They said in unison followed by a laugh. Soon after that the two boys relaxed and continued to do their school work as usual.

Whoa! I have a boyfriend. Aiden thought to himself. I'm finally able to be myself without hiding...well, except from my dad but that's okay. I can finally say, that I am happy!

In the studio, the band was working on a song called Thrown Down. Stevie and Lindsey were laying down their vocals and it had been going well. Now however, Lindsey walked up to Stevie who was sitting on the sofa and he sat on his chair that he usually sat in by the sound board.

He began to tell her what he thought she should change in her song which were some lyrics. Stevie couldn't believe he would tell her how to write her own songs.

"I'm just saying that, you know, it's sort of a rule of thumb in writing that you don't shift your tense and your person..." Lindsey said.
"Well, I don't think you can say that to Bob Dylan." Stevie said as she was not backing down. She was not going to change anything of her song. "'Cause he would say to you, I write what I want to."

Lindsey still continued to try to get his point across to Stevie but she had had enough so she then said. "But it's the way I write. It's the way I write and it's the poet that I am."

Later that night, when they arrived home, Stevie went upstairs to her bedroom and laid down on her bed. She hadn't spoken a word to Lindsey since their small argument. She felt so hurt; this was her song, those were her lyrics. She loved her songs and it made her angry when someone felt the need to criticize and "suggest" to change her lyrics. Lindsey was her husband, someone who was supposed to support her no matter what.

She laid on her side and rested a hand on her belly; the baby giving her gentle kicks. She smiled a little as she then began move her hand in gentle circles around her seven month pregnant belly. She was mad at Lindsey for telling her how to write her own songs so she knew she needed some time alone to cool down.

Her bedroom door was opened a little and Sulamith came into the room then came to the bed. He jumped up and walked to Stevie then cuddled up close to her. She kept one hand her belly while petting Sulamith with the other.
Stevie felt a bit better now that she wasn't completely alone. Stevie drifted off to sleep soon after and Sulamith just laid there keeping her company until he too fell asleep.

Downstairs, Destiny was cooking dinner while Lindsey told her what had happened at the studio that day.

"Oh dad, why would you do that?" Destiny asked. "Haven't you learned anything from the previous times you've suggested that mom change something of a song you two were working on?" Destiny shook her head then turned around to face him. "Would you keep an eye on dinner while I go check on mom? I bet she's still upset."
Lindsey nodded. "She sure is. I just...I don't know I thought I was helping her but obviously I just upset her." He said as he hung his head.

Destiny walked over to Lindsey and hugged him then said. "She'll be alright. She just needs time to cool off. I'll be right back."

Destiny walked up stairs and walked to Stevie's bedroom. She peeked in and saw her mother fast asleep on her bed; Sulamith curled up by her belly. Destiny smiled then closed the door and went back downstairs.

"Mom is sleeping. I'll go wake her up when dinner is ready." Destiny said. "I can handle dinner on my own now if you want to join Robin and Aiden outside."
"Thanks Des." Lindsey said as he gave her hug then went outside with his younger children.

Throughout dinner, Stevie was quiet still towards Lindsey. He left her alone for now and just continued to eat his dinner.

A few hours later, Stevie laid in bed facing away from Lindsey.

Lindsey sighed quietly then moved closer to her; he wrapped an arm around Stevie and kissed her on the side of her head.

"I'm sorry Stevie. I knew better than to tell you how to you should write." He said softly. "I promise no to do that again. Can you forgive me?"
Stevie turned over then buried her face in his chest. She nodded her head then said. "I forgive you. Let's just get past this and move on."
"Alright." Lindsey said. "I love you Steph."
"I love you to Linds." Stevie said, deciding to just let it go.

They fell asleep wrapped in each other's arms feeling content.

*Meanwhile*

Madison tried to find a way to get to Stevie, but she was finding it to be difficult. Stevie was always surrounded by people; she was hardly ever alone. Madison was growing disparate but still found no way to make her move.

She then began to think of a different way to get to Stevie. Madison went through photos she had taken of Destiny's family and came across a photo of Robin playing in the backyard.
Hmmm...maybe I can bring Stevie to me by taking her little girl. Ha! She would certainly want her back unharmed. Madison thought to herself as she continued to stare at Robin's photo. Enjoy the time you have with your baby sister Destiny. Soon, you find out what it feels like to have something you care about taken away from you.

Here's a quick update! I hope it wasn't too boring. More to come soon!
