The twins are not Blake and Cady's children, they're Jack and Cady's.
This is not a spoiler because think about it, cady was 3 months pregnant already when her and Blake had sex for the first time.
You know this bc the day after they have sex for the first time, she vomits and takes a pregnancy test and it's positive.
Pregnancy symptoms don't show up a day after fertilization, it usually takes 1 to 2 months, I'm pretty sure.
Besides, now, she's 7 months pregnant and her and Blake fucked 4 months ago so think about it, it doesn't make sense.
