Alicia:

One week.

It's been an entire week and Cole D'Ambrisio had made good in his promise.

The charges against my brother were dropped when a peer of his magically confessed to stealing the stash and planting it in Derrick's room. But he damn kept his promise on my part.

I've gotten death threats, mysterious bottles thrown at me, tires slashed, car ruined, and when I went back to my apartment once it was even more trashed than the first time.

I took the bus to and from work ever morning making sure that no one could be seen making acquaintances with me. I wouldn't let anyone get hurt on my part.

Living with Alexios the last week has made me miss my baby boy so much.

Alexios son Jordyn was AJ's age and I swear they could be twins. Jordyn's bright green eyes mirrored Alexios' but his thick blonde waves were his mothers who sadly died from cancer last year.

Alexios was a great father. Jordyn was so happy and let me tell you quite the charmer like AJ. Got quite the mouth on him too.

I fell in love with him the first night I came to the apartment.

He was watching Law & Order:SVU something I've only seen AJ do. He looked over with his adorable face all scrunched up in confusion.

"Dad, why is there a very pretty girl here with a suitcase?" He has asked. I nearly fell over in shock. I've never heard a four, almost five, year old speak that clear other than AJ.

"She's having home problems, so she's going to stay with us."

He suddenly narrowed his at me. "She's not here to replace mommy is she?" He glared even harder at me.

I was flabbergasted. "Replace? No sweetheart I'd never replace her. I'm here to be more of an aunt. Your dad here was a great friend of mine." I explained sitting next to him. I brushed his side swept bangs out of his eyes.

"Was?" I heard Alexios whimper from behind me.

I glared up at him. "Is. Are you happy?"

He grinned like an idiot and nodded taking my bags to the guest room.

"So did daddy tell you what happened to mommy?" Jordyn asked me quietly.

I shook my head. I really didn't know anything about Jordyn's mother.

"She died last year from this thing called cancer." he told me. "She had it for a real long time. Right before she died she gave me and daddy these necklaces," with his little hands he took out a necklace and showed me a pendent. It was a crescent moon, that looked like it was missing another piece. "Daddy has the sun part and mommy was buried with the star. I wanted it to be buried so no one could replace her."

I was already crying by the end of his story. I pulled him into a hug. He was just like AJ, so mature-maybe too much- for his age. The understanding they had for the mishaps in their lives brought me to tears. And adding the adorableness they possessed made it unbearable.

"Why are you crying?" he asked me though his voice was muffled seeing as I was squeezing him to my chest.

"Cause you remind me of my son. You both are so understanding, and too grown up for your own good." I wiped away the tears and smiled down at him.

"Hey Jinx your ro- Alicia? Jordyn? Are you okay?" Alexios sprinted to my side checking Jordyn and I.

I chuckled placing Jordyn on my lap. "We're fine. Just had a small heart to heart. I think I'll go to bed now though." I handed him Jordyn and gave them both a kiss goodnight on the cheek.

I smiled as I rode the bus home thinking about my first night with these boys. I have talked to Derrick and he has told me that e and Hannah are defiantly back on their feet. Cole has left them alone and has not harmed any of them.

I check with Alec everyday at work because I don't want to risk Cole trying to tap my phone or something and know that AJ is staying with him.

AJ is very comfortable at Alec's apartment and is doing well in school. He is getting by very well and is even learning how to read.

I climbed off the bus and walked the four blocks to Alexios' apartment. He was usually at work so I would pick up Jordyn from the next door neighbor who watched Jordyn after school until I or Alexios was able to pick him up.

I quickly picked up the little tyke and made my way inside the apartment.

I swear I nearly had an anuyersm when I walked into the apartment.

"Well hello Alicia."

I gulped afraid and hugged Jordyn to my chest tightly letting him bury his face in my neck.

"Hello Cole."

I know I havent written in almost a month but believe me you will not believe the BULLSHIT I have encountered in the last month or so. So maybe a little slack can be cut? Huh? HUH?!
