After breakfast, I head out to explore the city, theres always something new to find. At least, if I was going to be somewhere lost, it would be on a beautiful city by the ocean.
I ride my bike until I make it to El Parque del Amor. The literal translation is the park of love. There's a statue there called "The Kiss".
I
park my bike and lay underneath on a bench. I plug in my headphones and play some Spotify. I close my eyes and let the world around me drift away. I try to remember something of the past I can't seem to recall. I begin to wonder who I was. Was I good? Was I bad? Why did this happen? Is someone looking for me?
I sigh at such stupid "what if" questions. I can't ask questions I have no one to answer. Its depressing. If someone is looking for me, they'll find me. Right?
I stay remain there, listening to my music for a few hours. I feel my phone vibrate and I look to see a message from Jimena, saying lunch will be ready soon, if I wanted to join. I reply that I'd be home soon.
I get up to head back to my bike. I keep my head down, still listening to my music. I begin to get this feeling like someone is watching me. I shake the thought and continue toward my bike. I take off my headphones and brush my hands through my long blonde locks. Suddenly I hear a voice behind me.
"I found you."
I look up from my bike to see some lady looking at me. The sun shines bright around her. My eyes adjusts enough to see her beautiful face.
