~December 25, 2015 – Nick and Selena’s house, in their living room
Nick: Babe, where did you put my stuff?
Selena: I put it in our room, didn’t you check?
Nick: Yea, I can’t find my guitar or my laptop.
Selena: Did you check your study?
Nick: Yea, I looked everywhere.
Selena: Is it in the babies’ nursery?
Nick: I don’t know.
Selena: *smiles* Then go check. And hurry up, Joe and Demi are coming soon and so are my parents with Gracie. And I want this house to spotless when they get here.
Nick: Are you always like this when guests come over?
Selena: Oh yea. I get really OCD when everything isn’t going my way or if it looks dirty. I just can’t do it.
Nick: That’s adorable.
Selena: *scoffs* Go get your stuff and hurry. I need to get ready and so do you. I also have to get dinner ready too and I’m not going to get distracted again.
Nick: *chuckles* Last night distracted you?
Selena: Hmm, getting seduced by my future husband and almost forgetting what was going on in the kitchen? Yea, I think so. Get ready, babe. I don’t like to be late either. *walks towards the kitchen*
Nick: *walks upstairs to the babies’ nursery while they’re sleeping* I can’t believe that you two have someone like your mother and someone like me as your father. Just doesn’t make any sense.
Natalya: *coos*
Nick: *walks over to her crib and picks her up* Such a beautiful girl. You have the same glow like your mother. You are the most perfect daughter anyone could ask for.
*sings* Make it last forever
Come on baby won't you hold on to me, hold on to me
You and I together
Come on baby won't you hold on to me, hold on to me
Natalya: *giggles*
Nick: *smiles* I love you and your brother so much, Nattie. I hope you never think that I never loved you. I’ll pray for you every night that your future husband, and please God let that be a long time, will love you so much that he won’t make the same mistakes I made with your mother.
Natalya: *closes her eyes, returning to sleep*
Nick: *kisses her forehead* Goodnight, my sweet baby girl. *puts her back in her crib* Seriously, where the hell is my guitar? *finds it behind the door* Great, now I don’t know where my laptop is.
Selena: *yells out* Nick! Hurry up!
Nick: *walks out of the nursery, closing the door, and walking back downstairs* I’m coming, I’m coming. I still can’t find my laptop.
Selena: You can find that later. I need you to get ready.
Nick: Alright.
~Demi and Joe’s house, in their bedroom
Demi: Joe? Are you ready yet?
Joe: Yea, I’m coming. *leaves the bathroom into the bedroom*
Demi: Why do you always take too long in there? Isn’t that supposed to be a girl thing?
Joe: I need to look good.
Demi: *smiles* Of course you do, babe. Now we’re probably late.
Joe: I’m sure we’re fine. Nick texted me that Sel is stressing out over the entire party. So I’m pretty certain we’re okay.
