Chapter 28-Mariah's POV
I try to wait patiently for Anna to show up. but sadly I'm not a patient person. I start to pace my room. she's a minute late. yeah, I'm that impatient.
She finally comes through the door. and I sigh with relief. "finally! how long does it take to turn the corner?!"
At that Anna starts bursting out laughing " you.....are...... the most.....impatient person.....I've EVER..... met!" she tries say that in between laughs, wiping the tears from her eyes.
I pout. "alright alright that's enough! I have a lot of work to do on you and we need all the time we can get!" I then pull Anna into the bathroom and start my work.
Anna's POV
2 Hours Later:
Mariah's been working on me for about two hours! she refuses to let me see until I look fabuloso! her words not mine. Mariah was all ready when she started on me.
She had curled her short brown hair. she only put on a little makeup, she doesn't need much. Also she wore a stunning red dress, that went to her ankles and it had slit up the right leg that stopped a little above mid-thigh. It was tight up top until her hips then It flowed out from there. it also had a silver belt around the waist, the belt was shiny but the dress was sparkly.
"Alright I'm done you can look now!" she said clapping her hands together.
She turned me to the mirror and I gasped. she had straightened my naturally curly blonde hair and she pinned back a few pieces. I was wearing a tight blue dress, with thick straps that went on the side of my shoulders. she only put a little bit of makeup on. the dress went down to mid-thigh and then it flowed out, forming a mermaid dress.
And she paired the dress with some silver heels, just like the ones Mariah's wearing.
"I love it...." I state breathless. Mariah just smiles at what she occomplished. I was ready for the ceremony.
