Chapter 15

Chapter 15-Anna's POV

Dinner was surprisingly entertaining. Apparently the queen has 19 children! who would've thought that? also she has 8 brothers. she's the only girl. that must've been awful, but it was probably much better than my childhood. but I don't wanna go into my sappy story, it'll just make you cry and I don't want to do that to you.

After the very eventful dinner I planned on going straight to bed. but plans always change. While walking to 'my room', whatever you call it, I was unexpectedly grabbed. but before I could use my instinct and scream the person clamped my mouth shut with their hand. but stupidly leaving my arms and legs unbound. I jammed my heel in their 'sensitive spot'. he screamed letting go of me. I quickly flipped around only to see Charles leaned over, clutching his........spot........

I rushed over to him helping him stand up. I looked around for a service bell. to my relief we were at the entrance to the garden where I know where it is. I ran over to it pulling down the string making the bell ring out. instantly a nurse fairy popped in. so that's how those work. "Can you get some ice, please? be quick! please and thank you!" I yell the last part before she disappears again. wow using manners is way harder than I thought. before I even turn around to check on Charles the fairy returns, plopping the bag of ice in my, me not realizing, open arms. "Thank You!!" I yell again. she gives me a nod and a curtsy, breathing out the words. "anything for the saviors." before vanishing.

I lift an eyebrow but quickly shake my head. Savior? wait she said 'Saviors'. did she mean me and Charles? I quickly shake my again, turning back to my 'patient'. He's sitting on a bench now. with pain all over his face. I cringe thinking it's from me hurting him but it's not. I cringe because I feel his pain, weird right. then I collapse gasping for air. black spots start to invade my vision. the last thing I hear is Charles calling my name, before I go into the darkness.
