MAYBE SHE was overreacting. Maybe Bryce would keep his word, not tell anybody, not show anyone. She'd probably over thought this, Montgomery and Bryce are good friends, Bryce respects him. For goodness sake her and Bryce had been friends for years , if he was really her friend he wouldn't do anything with the photo.

She sighed deeply realizing she'd have to get up now if she wanted to make it to school. She got out of bed quickly, and did her morning routine, shower, makeup and dressed. Before, leaving her room she smiled at herself in the mirror reassuring herself it'll be okay. "You'll be fine, Chrissy." She whispered to herself as she walked down the stairs.

"Christina, come have breakfast with us please." Her mom shouted from the kitchen. Chrissy huffed angrily, stomping into the kitchen seeing her brother eating and her dad trying to multitask with work and food. It made her roll her eyes that her dad couldn't spend almost five minutes with this family properly.

"I'm not hungry, you going on your bike today, Clay?" Her brother nodded, cheekily smiling, his mouth full of food, but her mom angrily slammed down her coffee cup. "Would it kill you to spend a little time with your family?" She asked steam basically coming out of her ears, her dad rested her hand on his wife's calming her.

"I'm just not hungry mom, okay? Sorry." Her tone matched her mom's. She didn't stay much longer, picking up her bag and keys and stormed out.

Maybe it was paranoia, but as she walked through the school hall to her locker, she felt like everybody's eyes were on her. They weren't though, it was her imagination, the every 'what if' she thought of all night resurfacing in her mind.

Her locker was next to Justin's, where Bryce and Montgomery hung out before homeroom. She couldn't avoid it, her overdue homework was in there. Fuck my life she thought angrily, as she noticed the boys were all ready there. She should've expected it, she was pretty late today.

"Hey, Chrissy can we walk." Montgomery asked as soon as she opened her locker door. "No, no we can't. I've been awake all night thinking about what would happen if somebody got a hold of that photo, if Bryce showed it to somebody." Her teeth was clenched and her voice could barley be heard. "Babe, I've been up all night thinking about you. Shit, I'm really sorry. Please, I don't want you to leave me." He reached his hand up to her cheek but she stepped back. "Well at least you have a fucking picture to remember me by." Chrissy slammed her locker and walked off like a spoilt child.

"She turn you down, Montgomery?" Bryce asked his thumb hovering over his phone. "She'll come round, I'm going to homeroom guys." The boy waved to his friends and followed suit of Chrissy, knowing the girl he's crazy about will never forgive him.

"Right, I'm sending it out." Bryce sighed clicking away at his phone. "No dude, don't fucking do it." Justin said. "Don't be a dick Bryce, she's your friend." Zach added pulling Bryce's arm. "Gosh, you pussys." Bryce said switching his phone off. He didn't mean it really, he didn't want to sacrifice his friendship with Chrissy, they have been friends for years.

Miss Bradley's class was a breeze, Chrissy was fully expecting every single phone to go off but it didn't. She really did overthink it when there was no need to at all.

But when she got out of class she should've prepared herself, Bryce pulled her to the side with his phone in his hand. "I may not have sent this photo to anybody this morning, but one day I will, so don't think you got off the hook slut." Then he walked away, leaving Chrissy breathing heavily and a small tear coming down her face. So much for friends. But in Bryce's mind, he did it so he could one day use it against her. Maybe for blackmail.
