We tip toed to the front door and opened it. We opened it slowly and closed it so quietly.I saw the garage light on because my dad was there watching the game. "You think your dad might catch us" Isaac whispered. "He goes inside around 1:00 a.m Isaac and plus we're gonna be there at the woods for 30 minutes" I whispered. Thunder lit the sky with light for at least 4 seconds. That made us jump. We walked on the curve and talked about what we were gonna do. I saw at least 3 cars drive past us near the sidewalk. Neighbors. There we were near the daycare and ice cream. The daycare was dark inside and it was closed for police investigation. "Want some ice cream Isaac" I said. "Do you even have any money" he said. Thunder crashed. "Your 4 bucks" I said. "Right but how much is it" Isaac said. " 1 dollar per ice cream" I said. "Dang that's cheap" Isaac said. "Yeah because no one really goes there that much so the manager decided to lower the price and boom look at it today now" I said. "Let's just go inside already I'm getting the creeps" Isaac said. We went inside the place and it wasn't packed at all. 13 customers weren't that bad. Someone placed there hand on my shoulder. "What Isaac" I said. "That wasn't me" he said next to me. I turned back and it was Amanda. "Oh hey" I said. "Sneaking like me" Amanda said. "Yeah but were here for clues and ice cream" Isaac said. "Clues?" Amanda said. " about the woods here" I said. "Why the woods it's creepy dark" Amanda said. "Mr. Bear has been stalking me" I said. "That old creep from the daycare" she said. "Yeah" I said. "Since I hate that bear so much I'll help you two but you have to return a favor" Amanda said. "Deal" we both said.
