A/N: Hello! I'm going to be introducing a new point of view! I hope you like it. Leave a comment below. You may be kind of confused at first but it will all come together, I promise <3

Mystery POV

Ian, Mitch, and Jerome were out hunting, leaving me alone with the other girl named Kitty. She was the only other girl in our small group. She was strange, to say the least. She was weak, seemingly unfamiliar with the world around her, but she sometimes knew how to do things even I didn't. She had mysteriously appeared a few weeks ago. She was lost, hungry, and trailed by mobs, so we had to help her. We couldn't just let her die, not when we weren't respawning anymore for some reason. No one can figure out that problem. All we can do for now is try not to die. Kitty's job in the group was mainly to farm, because she was no good for hunting when she couldn't protect herself.

I was about to go check on her, when I heard someone come through the door. In case of an attack, I instinctively readied my diamond sword before looking around the corner. Three men stood there, their faces hidden under black hoods, but I recognized them. They were part of our little group, but kind of a group on their own in a way. They were named Jacob, Mason, Ethan, and Noah. However, there was one problem. Noah was missing. As far as I knew, the boys never went anywhere without each other. Not to mention their somber attitude. In general, they were blustery and arrogant. They often engaged in fights and raided abandoned homes.

I was put away my weapon and was about to approach them, when Kitty beat me to it.

"Hey, guys. Is something wrong?" She asked.

"Of course something is wrong!" Jacob, the leader of the group, yelled. Kitty flinched slightly but still looked concerned.

"Noah is dead," Ethan explained. He sniffed, obviously fighting off tears. "We got in a fight and... she just... killed him. We couldn't stop her."

"I'll kill her!" Mason growled, clenching his fists angrily.

"Who?" I asked seriously. The girl, whoever she was, could be dangerous.

"I didn't get her name as she attacked us." Jacob snapped.

"She had long brown hair and wore a white sweatshirt with jeans. She had blue eyes." Ethan described. He seemed to be the calmest at the moment. Strangely, his description almost perfectly described Kitty.

"I'm going to make her pay! I'm going to leave in the morning." Mason vowed, storming away to his room. Ethan and Jacob decided to follow. Kitty looked over at me, a look of confusion on her face.

"What do we do now?" She asked.

"There's nothing we can do." I said before walking away to ponder what had happened.

Over the course of the day, I frequently caught glimpses of Ethan, Jacob, and Mason preparing for their departure in the morning. They packed weapons, food, armor, etc. I really wasn't all that worried. Those boys were always running off somewhere and there was no stopping them in my experience. Ian, Mitch, and Jerome weren't back until late in the afternoon, but that was also to be expected. The only thing that seemed off was that I rarely saw Kitty. It wasn't until I was woken in the middle of the night that I became curious enough to take action.

I heard the front door open and close, waking me from my light sleep. I knew it was Jacob, Mason, and Ethan. They did this sort of thing all the time: leaving in the middle of the night and trying to be quiet but failing. They were never quiet, no matter how hard they tried. But then I heard the door open and close again, much quieter this time. Either it was one of the boys coming back, which I doubted because it was semi-quiet, or someone that knew how to be stealthy was following them.

I decided to get up and investigate. Weapon in hand, I soundlessly went outside. I let my eyes adjust to the darkness before easily tracking the sound of footsteps. To my surprise, I found it was Kitty wandering around in the dark without even a weapon. Could she be the one who followed the boys? If so, why?

I decided against revealing myself to her. I didn't know her very well in general and she was unpredictable. So I trailed a few feet behind her. It didn't take me long to discover that she was in fact following the boys, who apparently knew where they were going. We had no trouble traveling through the night and the few mobs we met were easily taken care of by the boys.

As dawn started to tint the sky with streaks of red and orange, we approached a house made of stone. It looked to have several interconnecting rooms. It looked like someone's current home, not abandoned at all. Why had the boys been here in the first place? The ground was muddy from a recent rain, making it easy to fall further back and investigate the surroundings without losing trace of Kitty or the boys.

I saw the boys enter the house, brandishing various weapons, but no one came to greet them. Could this place be abandoned now if it hadn't been before? I paused when I saw the boys, apparently done with their search, sit down in the middle of what appeared to be a kitchen. Not far away, I caught a glimpse of Kitty. She didn't seem to be following the boys any longer. She hovered just outside the front entrance, as if she knew in the first place that they wouldn't find anything.

She looked slightly lost, as if she didn't know exactly what she was looking for. Then she looked up suddenly, staring at something I couldn't see. A few seconds later, I heard the sound of hoof beats pounding against the ground. The boys sprang up and raced outside to investigate. I followed curiously, staying in the shadows to avoid notice. Three horsemen soon came into view. We waited as they approached, only the boys in obvious sight. When they got closer, I saw the boys get ready for a fight as if they recognized someone. Jacob charged first, followed by Mason and Ethan, and then everything descended into a chaotic mess of people's shouts and horses panicked neighs.
