The Unknown Potter [COMPLETE]

Prologue

          I was sitting in my crib, next to Harry's. Mother started screaming, and Father yelling. Mother rushed in to protect us. I heard Father screaming.

          "Lily, take Harry and Gwenyth. I'll hold him off. Hurry!" I then heard Mother crying as Father screamed one final time. Mother turned her back to us and spread her arms out.

          "Take me! Not them, but me! No! Voldemort!" I saw a flash of green light, and Mother's body went limp. I screamed, and so did Harry. I then saw a man with white skin walk up to me, and stroke my cheek.

          "Don't worry my dear," said the man. "You will join your parents shortly, you and your brother. Say goodbye dear girl." He then shouted the words Avada Kedavra! I saw the same green light that killed my mother, and waited for the end.

          But it never came. I was blasted away from Harry and the man. There was a searing pain across my entire face.  I heard Voldemort scream, and he was gone. I was very weak, but very much alive. I was young, but I knew that much.

            I was laying there, waiting for help. Then I heard a motorcycle land on the ground. The man on it was sobbing when he saw the wreckage. He grabbed Harry, but not me. Harry, but not me. I waited on the ground for hours, until a family walked by, and heard me screaming. They walked through the rubble, until the found me in my room. My name, Gwen, was still on the wall. That's how they knew it. They picked me up and took me home, to their Muggle home. To their one year old daughter, whose name was Hermione Granger.

         I ended up living with the Grangers, who I later found out was a Muggle family. We did all kinds of things together, and over eleven years, Hermione and I grew close.  I didn't know why I had the long scar that stretched across my face, nor did my family. I later found out the answer, when I first saw the vision of Voldemort killing my parents, and also when Hermione and I both received letters to attend the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
