I was staring out the window of the Ministry car, looking out onto the gloomy city we just left. The clouds had blocked all the sunlight from the city, making it look gray and depressing. Arthur eventually took a turn off the road and started driving up a hill. The little engine worked as hard as it could to make its way up that hill.

Once it had, Mr. Weasley exited the car, followed by Molly. Hermione and I waited suspiciously, until Molly called for us to join. We ran up the hill to meet them Molly took Hermione's hand, Arthur took mine. The two apparated, pulling us with them.

I got the feeling that someone had shoved me into a thin pipe, one that I couldn't fit through. I couldn't breathe. I was only transporting for a few seconds, but it felt like hours.

Once we arrived, I couldn't tell where we were. We must have been in a  muggle village, because there were muggles walking around everywhere.

We landed in front of a line of houses, in between numbers 11 and 13 to be exact. I was confused, until I saw a house shooting out of the ground in between 11 and 13. The house expanded, smashing into neighboring houses. The muggles didn't seem to notice however. Mr. Weasley walked up and knocked "A Shave And A Haircut" on the door, and it opened. The Weasleys lead us down into the basement kitchen.

Harry was standing in the kitchen, in the doorway, and so were Fred and George. The twins greeted us with the usual prank hidden behind their backs. Once I had gotten over the shock, I approached Harry.

"So, how were the Dursleys?" I asked. Harry just shrugged.

"No worse than usual," he said. I suddenly noticed Ginny standing in a corner, smiling at Hermione and I. She gestured to us to come to her temporary room, which we obediently did. As soon as we scooted through the door, Ginny shut and locked it behind us.

"Wow," I said. "Bit aggressive today are we?"

"Oh shut it Gwen," demanded Ginny. "You know how those boys eavesdrop on us. We need to have a bit of privacy here."

"Why," I asked. "So you two can rant about pretty little boys that you have 'fancied forever but have never known what to say?' Is that why you dragged me in here?"

"Shut it!" They both yelled at me. I laughed. Until I heard Mrs. Weasley knocking at the door. Ginny and Hermione looked at me with a look of utter terror.

"Girls, dinner will be ready soon."

          "Okay Mum!" Ginny replied.

"Well, I'd best be off," said Hermione. "Harry will probably want to catch up before dinner."

"And your precious Ron," I said. Hermione blushed and threw a pillow at me before running out of the room.

Ginny and I continued to talk until dinner was served. It was a lovely meal, one that only Molly could make. I went to bed that night feeling happier than I had all summer.
