LUCY*

Lucy lay down on her bed, not able to fall asleep. How could she possibly sleep after the honest to god, best day of her life. She couldn't.

He promised. She thought.

She had given him her complete trust. And she was starting to wonder... No, no way was she getting involved in that. It never went well in her romance novels. And at least one person always died. She blushed, why would I even think that?

Lucy didn't say anything (why would she?) but she was starting to get insecure. It was weird. She never cared about what she looked like before. But Erza and Mira were just so pretty. She wondered why Natsu even talked to her. Did he read fairy tales? Did he think of this like a fairy tale, the same way Lucy did?

She eventually fell into a deep sleep.

LUCYS DREAM* p.o.v.

I walked along the shoreline. To my right, there was the ocean. To my left, there was nothingness. I looked out to the sea, it was beautiful. But looking to the left, only seeing black abyss. It scared me. I angled my body towards the ocean. When suddenly, it changed. One half began to boil, while the other became freezing with ice. I looked down. I was wearing a white dress that flapped in the wind. And no shoes, I was barefoot.

The wind picked up.

Beep beep beep.

LUCY* p.o.v.

My alarm clock awoke me with a start, I was drenched in a cold sweat. I smelled awful. Oh my god. I had peed my bed. I hadn't done that since I was 7. I quickly stripped my bed and shoved it down the chute. Which was to small to fit through. I had checked. Twice. I turned on the shower to full heat and stepped in. I usually liked to sing in the shower. But I was too full of thoughts to sing.

I peed my bed? No way. I'm almost 13. I must have imagined it. I was done washing but I still stood there, the warm water rapidly turning cold. Finally I got out and dried off. It's only 4 in the morning. But I didn't want to go to sleep. I couldn't. Not if it meant peeing in bed again. I went to the bathroom just in case anyways. I pulled on my favourite blue and white outfit and stuck my only key on my belt strap.

It was a magic outfit. I got it when I was 5, it magically changes itself to automatically fit my size. And style. It was amazing, the only thing that I loved that my parents had given me. Other than Leo's key.

After I had brushed my hair and teeth, gotten comfy and read for a few hours it was finally 8 a.m. when a knock came at my door. I nearly answered when I remembered that I was supposed to be angry.

"Luce." Came my mothers voice.

Don't call me that. I wanted to say.

"Honey it's time for breakfast." She called. "Are you still mad? Well... I'll just leave your meal here." She slid the food through the door.

"Um. Mother?" I asked trying to keep the hatred from my voice.

"Yes darling!" She answered immediately.

"Could I... Maybe, um, have a poster?" I asked, trying to sound nonchalant. She was quiet for a moment.

"What kind of poster?" She asked suspiciously. I thought for a moment.
