OVER 1 (Revised Version)

I'm revising this story and I finished some chapters already. Maybe I'll be posting 5 chapters. I wanted to edit all my stories before I continue writing to Fall In love Again but I'll update as soon as I can! Just give me opinions if you liked the revised one or the old version =))) This new one include the parts where Shawn and Sophia first met and how they fell in love with each other.

"Honey, don't go too far. You might get lost."

"I'm fine, mom. I'll just stroll around." I said and kissed her at the cheek before walking outside.

It's my first time to be here in Toronto in my whole 17 years of existence and seriously, the weather is crazy. The snow is insane. It's freaking freezing here. But luckily, we came in the fall season.

The wind is cool and the leaves from the trees falls to the ground. It's a nice day to walk along the streets and discover some places here.

My phone rang and the name of Cara flashes on the screen.

"Sup, babe?" She started. "How cold toronto is? Have you met any hot guys already?"

I rolled my eyes and I heard her laughing.

"Shut up, Cara. Well.. the weather is good. It isn't that cold yet." I said.

"And?"

"And.. It's really a good choice that you didn't go with us." I joked.

"Sophia!" she yelled at the other line and I chuckled. "You are so mean."

"Wait. I'll just call you later." I said and hung up.

A crowd caught my attention and I decided to walk pass by to see what's happening. Some are singing, some are talking pictures and most of them are seriously watching a guy at the center playing a guitar.

He was singing Give Me Love by Ed Sheeran and damn. He's so good. I closed my eyes and listened to him for a while. The guy has a talent.

I caught him looking at me when I opened my eyes. It feels kinda weird but I smiled instead and the crowd pulled me away when he sang a new song and they all went closer so I let them there and continued walking.

I saw a Café and decided to get a cup of a coffee.

The place has a good ambiance and the people were all smiles all around the café. I took a spot near at the window and ordered for a latte.

"Hey," I lift up my head to see who it was and I saw a pretty girl with a curly brown hair.

"Mind if I join you?" She asks and I smiled.

"No. Sure."

"Thanks." She said and sat in front of me. "You're Mr. Gabriels daughter?" She asks.

"Yeah."

"It was the first time I saw you here and I saw you come out from the house next to us so I just thought," She explained.

"Oh. You're our neighbor?" I asked and she nodded.

She's so pretty. I love the way she smiles.

"Sophia," I introduced and extended my hand.

She reached for it. "Are you staying here for good?"

"No. Not really. Just having a short vacation." I replied.

"Oh," She mumbled. "How was Toronto so far?"

"Great," I said and sipped my latte. "Though, I haven't been really into places."

"You want me to tour you around?" She offered.

"You sure?" I asked and she nodded. "Aren't your parents going to find you?"

"Of course they would so we have to go home and tell them." She said and winked.

"Seriously?" I asked. I just met her! She looks like an angel so I know that she's harmless but wouldn't be that weird going to their house that early?

"Yup. Don't worry, my brother doesn't bite." She joked and we laughed. "And my parents know your parents so its fine."

"Okay." I said.

"Great! Anyway, just call me Aaliyah."
