Luck is not Enough!!!

Diya's POV

" Wake up, sleeping beauty, wake up." No, please let me sleep, don't snatch my morning sleeping right, it's unfair.

I was dreaming that I faced a shipwreck and got into Lilliput island, they are not letting me sleep peacefully. I begged them not to disturb me but I felt like they are pouring liquids on me, I immediately open my eyes and felt someone was really pouring water over me.

I shouted and sat up at once. Opened my eyes to see who dared to declare World War 3 with my morning sleep.

It was Aradhya my cousin, my aunt's daughter. I glared at her.

" Well, your alarm clock has already waken up whole the house, how come you are sleeping peacefully? " she smirked.

" I was dreaming about killing you, almost killed you, but you saved yourself in dream by waking me up. But you are in danger for real now." I threw my pillow at her face. But she caught it.

" Hell with you." I sticked out my tongue at her and crossed my arms over my chest.

" Ok, nothing to worry, I will manage it." She smirked.

" Idiot." I said.

" Yes, I know. Now get up or else he will be very angry. " she said and I looked at her confusingly.

" Who? Who will get angry? " I was again going to sleep. But Aradhya hold my arms and made me sat at once.

" Your boss, you told me last night? He is very ruthless, angry and arrogant. Never allows late comer." She stated to make me engulf in fear.

I have just completed my degree and applied for this job just like my friends did. They were saying it's very reputed company, indeed Axtons are UK's one of the biggest empire in business world.

Noel Axton, is the CEO now. He is very hard guy, he doesn't bother to fire people even for a little mistake. He is very angry and famous for his rage.

I always stayed away from the angry persons. They make me feel so helpless. So, just simply I wanted to deny to come here leaving my family . But my dad inspired me to grab it. So, I am here, joining the company and so am with my aunty and cousin Aradhya. They live here. I am staying here as long as I am in the company.

" What? Why?" I asked Aradhya this time I smirked and her answer snatch my smirk at once and made me scared like hell.

" It's already 7:10, you know you have only 50 minutes to get ready and be there in your office before that arrogant boss of yours shout at you and fire you the day you just have started. I think you are not wishing to get fired the day you joined." She said.

" Stupid, why didn't you call me earlier!!!! " I yelled at her and jumped out of my bed.

I quickly went to the bathroom and hurriedly took a shower wore my white jeans, white shirt and took out my blue blazer. I grabbed my appointment letter and threw my stuffs inside my bag. I started to run to downstairs.

" Honey, calm down." That was my aunty Shivani.

" Aunty, again got late. Gotta get out now, or else will be fired in no time." I kissed her cheeks and grabbed one sandwich and took a bottle of water then started to run outside.

" Best of luck." Aradhya shouted from behind.

" Thanks, chhoti." I said back. Well I call her 'chhoti'. Kind of fun. She is my little sister so I call her chhoti, that means little one.

Well, luck not going to help me if my boss is angry today. I am definitely dead. Luck is not enough today.
