Diya's POV

" Dee, tum agaye? Mujhe na tumhe kuch dikhana hai."(Dee, you have come back? I have something to show you.) Chhoti shouted from upstairs as she saw me there and came downstairs. I smiled at her. She was coming downstairs.

I was too tired. I just wanted to sleep for a while. So tiring day. Besides, I keep ignoring Mr. Axton. It's difficult for me. Just not for me it is difficult for anyone to ignore him. I almost kicked out the decision of ignoring him whenever he called my name. It seemed the longest time for me when he drove me back home. His presence was making me nervous and it was disturbing me a lot. I almost thought ignoring him is a stupid idea but I hold back. I know it's the best way for both of us. We can't be together. At the end of the day it will hurt me only. I don't want to get hurt. I got it and it's the best way to save me from get a heart break. I found Chhoti standing in front of me. She was smiling widely.

" Kya dikhana hai?" (What do you want to show me?) I asked her.

" Mere saath aao." (come with me) she said and pulled me with her.

" Kaha le ja rahe hoo tum mujhe?"(Where are you taking me?) I asked her and she took me to the balcony of her room. I looked around weirdly. " Kya hua?"(What happened?) I asked her.

" Dee, yahan dekho na." (Dee, look here.) She said and pointed corner and I found there was a rose bud in the plant she planted a few days back. I smiled. A beautiful thing it is. Flowers are always one of the pure and precious thing in the world.

" Very pretty." I said and smiled.

" Hai na?" She said. (Isn't it?) She smiled too.

" Haan, bahut." (Yeah, very) I said. She was still smiling at the rosebud.

" Chhoti, Mai fresh ho k aati hoon." (Chhoti, I am going to get fresh) I said.

" Haan, Dee tum jao." (Yes, Dee you go) she said. " Or shuno, Dee?" (and listen Dee?) She called me.

" Haan bolo." (Yes?) I said.

" Mausaa ji ne call Kiya tha aaj." She said. (Uncle called today).

" Kaab?"(when?) I asked.

" Subah Kiya tha, apke nikalne k baad." (This morning after you left) she said and I sighed.

" Kya bola unhone?"(What did he say?) I asked. I miss my dad.

Unhone apko call back kerne ko bola. Apko miss ker rahe honge." (He told me to tell you to call him back. He is missing you it's seems) she said and I sighed.

I am missing him too. The best father in the whole universe. I smiled. My dad always supported me in every spare of my life. He never ever believe that I can be wrong ever cause he trust me a lot. He trust that the way he brought me up will never let make take a wrong step. He gave me the full freedom. He never said me to stop doing anything. My dad was always my guide. He always give me the direction of the right thing and told me to find out what is wrong and why do I need to stay away from wrong things. Cause, he used to say if he forbid me to do something it will make me extremely attracted to the work and I will be very keen to know what it is and why it's bad. But if he let me know about it I will know myself that it's bad for me and I will be able understand that it's bad and it effect can harm me. So, I will keep myself away from it.

My dad never said no to me anything I asked for. He always told me to be a fighter and fight for the right thing. I have never seen my dad tolerating anything wrong. He will never compromise with wrong thing. He always protested against the wrong and injustice. I might've inherited this from him. I actually don't care about anyone if he is wrong then he is wrong. I don't care even if he is my family. And my dad never likes those person who doesn't respect women. In his words : if someone doesn't respect a woman then you have to understand he is denying the thing that a woman has brought him in this world and if someone respects the women you have to understand he is a son of very pious and virtuous woman. Yeah, I too believe that. Cause, if someone respect his mother truly can never disrespect another woman. I sighed.

" Ok, mein call kerti hoon Baba ko." (Ok, I will call Dad) I said. She nodded.

" Haan, or jaldi hi kerna." (Yeah, as soon as it possible) she said. I nodded and came out of her room. I went to my room and got freshen up. I took a shower and came out. I wore my comfortable clothes and took my phone to call Baba. I dialled his number and waited for him to pick up.

" Hello, Baba?" (Hello, Dad?) I asked.

" Hello, Sunshine. Kaise hoo aap, beta?"(hello, sunshine. How are you, dear?) He asked me.

" Mein thik hoon, aap kaise hain?" (I am fine. How are you?) I said.

" Mein bhi thik hoon." ( I am fine too) he said.

" Apne phone Kiya tha subah?" (Did you call this morning?) I asked him.

" Haan, Kiya to tha, aap shayad office k liye nikal chuke thay." (Yes, I did. But you might've left for office by then) he said.

" Haan, Baba." (Yes, Dad) I said.

" Kaise hai saab kuch? Office, colleagues, works, boss?" (How's everything?) He asked me.

" Saab kuch thik hai, Baba." (Everything's fine, Dad). I said.

" Ab kush hai na meri beti?"(Isn't my daughter happy now?) He asked.

" Haan, Baba. Bahut. Buss aap saabko miss Kerti hoon." (Yes, Dad. Very much. Just keep missing you guys a lot.) I said.

" Hum bhi to apko miss kertay hain." (We miss you too) he said.

" Saab kuch thik hai na, Baba?" (Is there anything wrong, Dad?) I asked him.

" Kyu beta? Aisa kyo poochh rahe ho?"( Why dear? Why are you asking like that?) He asked.

" Paata nahi mujhe aisa lagaa k kuch thik nahi hai." (I don't know but I got a feeling that there is something wrong) I said.

" Saab kuch thik hai, beta." (Everything is fine.) He said.

" Achha thik hai." (Ok, then) I said.

" Buss apna khayaal rakhna, beta." (Take care of yourself, dear) he said to me.

" Haan, Baba or ap bhi." (Yes, Dad and you too) I said.

" Zaroor." (Of course) he said.

" Thik hai phir mein rakhti Hoon, Baba or ap bhi so jaiye." (Ok, Dad. Then I am going to cut the call and you too sleep) I said.

" Ok, beta." (Ok, dear) he said. "Dinner kerke so Jana." (Sleep after dinner).

" Love you, Baba."(Love you, Dad) I said.

" Love you, beta." He said and hung up. I sighed.

I miss them all a lot. When am I going to go back home!!!!
