She entered the auditorium and threw her bag aside then sat on the ground totally pissed. She removed her blazer and laid flatly on the ground catching her breath up.

" You are late Ari." She heard her friends Jordana.

" Let me catch my breath, Dany. Damn it. I miss my buss today." She said still closing her eyes.

" Water." Dany said.

" Keep it here." She said.

' Damn!!! No one remembered my birthday!!!' she thought.

" Everyone here?" She heard Asher but didn't opened her eyes.

" Yes, Ari is here." Dany said.

" What happened to her? Why is she lying on the ground?" She heard Asher.

" She is dying." She said loud enough to hear everyone.

" Really?" Asher respond.

" Yeah." She said and opened her eyes. " Aaaaahh." She squealed as she found Asher bending over her smiling.

" You stupid, you scared me." She glared at him and sat up threw the water bottle at Asher and he caught it. He laughed out loud.

" Snow Queen too get scared!!!" Asher asked opening the bottle to drink water from it.

" Hey, it's mine. Go get yours. Give my bottle back. Give it to me." She stood up to reach him.

" You gave it to me. I didn't took it anyways. He drank the water." He said and she glared at him.

" You idiot, stupid, moron, jerk. I hate you." She said totally pissed.

" Hey, why are you so high today, darling?" Juliet asked her. She didn't answer her. Just straight walked to Gabrielle to take her water bottle.

' Shit!!! No one remembered my birthday. Not even Dee and mom.' she thought and sighed. 'Hell with birthdays. Why am I thinking a lot!!! I don't care about birthday. I hate to celebrate birthdays. I don't want anyone remember it anyways. But Asher!!! He too forgot it's my birthday!!! He remembers everyone's birthday. Even all those years he wished me first in my birthdays at school. He always bought me red roses on my birthdays. But I don't like red roses. I love pink roses.' she thought.

" Where are you lost, Ari?" She saw Whitney sitting beside her.

" Nothing, Whiny. How is your mom now?" She asked as she remembered Whitney was saying last night that her mom a bit weak so she can't come to go shopping with her today. She could understand. Cause, Mom is more important in anyone's life. To her, her mom is her world.

" Oh, she is quite well now but still I just want to be with her you know." Whitney said and she nodded.

" Come on, kids. Let's start." She heard their teacher Mrs. Marvil and Mr. Jacobs. She stood up.

" What do you think this year the play will be successful?" She asked Whitney.

" You are a one most talented actress, Ari. Just rock it. The play with be hit like always. I trust on you. You are the main weapon, Sweetheart. Go. Show the magic." Whitney said.

" Where is Heidi?" She asked Whitney.

" She has gone out. Must be coming. No worries." Whitney said.

" Here, take it." Juliet gave her a hotdog.

" I am not hungry." She said.

" Just take it, you bi*ch." Juliet said and left. She shook her head and ate it.

" Here." She saw Asher holding a water bottle. She wanted to grab it but he pulled it away. She glared at him and he laughed.

" Keep it." She said and he chuckled.

" No, you take it." He gave her the bottle and walked away. She just shrugged and drank the water. Then stood up to get ready for the rehearsal. They rehearsed some scenes which were they main part of the play.

" What are you doing, Ari? Where are you lost?" Mr. Jacobs shouted and she flinched for a second.

" You ok?" Asher asked and she nodded.

" Why are you doing this mistakes again and again?" Mrs. Marvil asked.

" Which mistakes, Mrs. Marvil?" She asked.

" You forgot the dialogue, Ari. Didn't expect this from you. You are a experienced stage perfomer. You did it for all these years. Now what happened to you, Ari? Is there any problem? You are looking lost today." Mrs. Marvil asked her.

" Just a bit tired I guess." She said and sat down on the stage. " Can we not continue the rehearsal today?" She asked her teacher.

" We have 12 days to do it perfect. We can't take a break. Besides the other characters are also in various problems. Don't add yourself in it, Ari. Come on. You can do it." Mr. Jacobs said and she stood up nodding her head. She doesn't want to do anything today.

It's because of him. She keeps missing him and it irritates her a lot. She doesn't want to remember him. She doesn't want to acknowledge his existence in her life. But she can't forget him. After all he is her father. She never thought her dad will live them alone. She loved her father a lot and now when her father doesn't bother to remember her birthday it bothers her. It bothers her a lot when she can't celebrate her birthday with her father. It bothers her a lot when she can't wish her father in his birthday. She misses everything kids do with their father. But she feels proud when she says she is the daughter of a single mother. She doesn't need him.

" Mujhe aapki koyi jaroorat nahi." (I don't need you.) She mumbled. " Suna apne!!? mujhe saach mai aapki koyi jaroorat nahi. Nafrat hai apse mujhe." (You listened?!! I really don't need you. I hate you) she mumbled again.

" Ari!!!" She felt someone shaking her.

" What!?! What!!!" She said shockingly and found Asher standing in front of her with a worried face.

" What happened?" He asked her.

" No... Noth.. nothing." She said. She was feeling cold. " Whiny, give me my blazer." She said and Whitney passed her the blazer. She wore it and said, " I am ready." She shook her head and performed all the scenes perfectly and everyone clapped.

" Ari, come here." Mrs. Marvil said.

" Yes, Mrs. Marvil?" She sat beside her.

" Rehearse your lines. I will drop you at home." Mrs. Marvil said and she nodded. It was half past 5 when Mrs. Marvil decided to go home. She sighed seeing everyone gone home. And surprisingly no one remembered her birthday not even Asher. It bothered her a lot. But she went home with Mrs. Marvil in the evening.

" Go and rehearse the lines properly." Mrs. Marvil said. She walked to her home and it was totally dark as she entered. She switched on the lights and her eyes widened.

" What the...." Her mouth covered with her hands as she heard a loud 'Happy birthday to you.'

" Holy cowgirl!!!" She mumbled.
