Diya's POV

" This will be great if you check our details." Mr. Valerie said to Jonny. I looked at Jonny and he shook his head slightly letting us know that we are going to discuss this with our boss and then let him know if we want this deal or not. I nodded and Mia cleared her throat.

" Mr. Valerie, your project plan is very impressive still you know that none of us is able to take the final decision. This right reserved for our boss. We need to to think about it." Mia said and Mr. Valerie nodded looking at her.

" I can understand." Mr. Valerie said.

" Thanks, Mr. Valerie. I hope we will meet soon." Jonny said smilingly.

" Same here, Mr. Johnathan." Mr. Valerie said.

" We should finish now I think." Mia said gesturing something at him.

" Yeah. We should finish it here. We will talk to you later." Jonny said and I smiled.

" Nice to meet you anyways." Mr. Valerie said standing up and shaking hand with us. " And I like your works for the project Ms. Goenka. He said shaking hand with me.

" Thank you, Sir." I said.

" I would like to offer you a job after you complete your 6 months apprenticeship program here." He said and I was really shocked.

" Actually, Sir, I still haven't decided anything. Right now I am only concentrating on my current job and soon I will start my further studies. Let's see if I can make it or not." I said.

" Yeah, choice is all yours. I am just asking you. If you grab the opportunity you won't regret it later." He said and I smiled politely.

" I will think about it and let you know." I said.

" Yeah, I will be waiting then." He said and walked out of the conference room.

" Don't accept his job offer." Jonny said to me.

" Why not?" I asked him.

" Just don't. I think you are going to stay here and you are already chosen." Jonny said and I nodded.

" Ok. I will think about it." I said.

" We need to talk to Noel about it." Mia said.

" He might be in meeting. We can ask from Mrs. Axton then." Jonny said.

" Yeah, I think she can give us a right advice." Mia said.

" Yeah. Though she is handling other sectors but she still can think a good decision for us." Jonny said.

" Then what are we waiting for!! Let's go to her." I said.

" Yes, Jonny. I think we should go." Mia said and I nodded.

" May be she is busy." Jonny said.

" We should go and Check." Mia said and we three walk out of the conference room. We stopped in front of Mrs. Axton's cabin. Jonny knocked on the door and we heard Mrs. Axton.

" Come in." Mrs. Axton said and we went inside.

" Good morning, ma'am." We said entering her cabin. She looked up and smiled.

" Very good morning. Suddenly three of you here together?" She asked gesturing us to have a seat.

" Actually, ma'am. We had something to discuss with you. If it was any other time I would have discussed with Natalie but I don't want to disturb her now." Jonny said.

" Any problem, Jonathan?" Mrs. Axton asked.

" Yes, ma'am. Kind of." Jonny said and explained things.

" Well, as Noel is not here, I will ask Ryan to help and let you know about his decision. But if you want to know my personal decision I will not like to make a deal with a new dealer right now. Let's see what Ryan says. I think he will say the same." Mrs. Axton said and we nodded. We talked for a while with her and then we stood up.

" Diya!!!" Mrs. Axton called me.

" Yes, ma'am?" I said.

" Can we talk for a few minutes?" She asked me and smiled. I smiled back.

" Sure, ma'am." I said then Jonny and Mia left as they had a presentation to work on.

" How are you?" Mrs. Axton asked me.

" I am fine, ma'am. How are you?" I asked her.

" I am absolutely ok." She said. "How is everyone at home?" She asked me.

" Everyone is fine, ma'am." I said.

" Can I ask you a question?" She asked me.

" Sure, ma'am." I said.

" Alright. What's your decision about further studies?" She asked me and I looked at her puzzled.

" Pardon me." I said.

" What do you think about your further studies?" She asked and I cleared my throat blinking several times.

" I umm.. actually, ma'am, I uhh.. I don't have any idea what to do. I will start after this apprenticeship program ends I guess." I said.

" Hmm. What's wrong if you start from now?" She asked me.

" Ma'am, I won't be able to do both together. Like there will be classes and other works and here I need to concentrate on my office works. Both will be disaster together." I said.

" I can understand. I hope you start soon." She said.

" Yes, ma'am. I will try." I said.

" Ok, then. Go help  Mia and Jonny." She said smilingly.

" Sure, ma'am. Thanks for asking about my studies." I said. She smiled again and nodded.

" If you have any problem or need anything just let me know. I will try my best to help you." She said and I smiled this time.

" Thanks a lot, ma'am." I said.

" You're welcome." She said and I walked out her cabin.

I went to Mia and Jonny. I helped them and it was almost done. We took a break. Mia and Jonny went out for a lunch. They asked me to go with them but I didn't go with them. I was feeling lazy to go. I thought to have lunch later. I was checking the presentation and suddenly my phone started to ring. I saw an unknown number. I picked it up.

" Hello!!!" I said.

" Hello, can I talk to Diya Goenka?" A lady voice asked.

" Speaking but sorry I couldn't recognize you." I said.

" I am from the University of London. You sent us a form for your Masters." She said and I was shocked.

" I haven't sent any form, Ma'am." I said.

" But we have received it and you're selected. You can send us your details. So that we can accept your application." She said and I was really shocked thinking how that happened. Suddenly I realized. Noel!!! This guy!!!

" Thank you, ma'am. I will send it soon." I said.

" You're welcome. See you." She said and hung up. I called Noel. He picked up.

" Hello, Babe." He said.

" You send an application to the university of London?" I asked him.

" Ok, babe. You're welcome." He said and I sighed. Don't you think I am a one lucky girl here!!
