Right Wrong

Diya's POV

" You are late." Mia said as soon as I entered her cabin.

" I am sorry. I was stuck." I said.

" You were with Noel?" Jonny asked me.

" Yeah. I mean umm...I met him in the parking lot and we were umm.. talking." I said hesitantingly.

" That's alright, Diya. Good thing is that Noel came back. There are a lot of things pending." Mia said arranging the sketches. I checked them while she was arranging.

" So, we are taking Mr. Valerie's project?" I asked Mia.

" Not sure but Mr. Axton said to collect these sketches. I don't have any idea about that." Mia said.

" There is a meeting with Valerie today." Jonny said typing something on his laptop.

" How do you know?" Mia and I asked him the same time.

" You girls don't have time to check your emails but have time to waste talking about fashion gossips hours. Wow!!! How nice!!!" He said mockingly.

" Hey!! That was rude." I said to him and he just chuckled.

" Get the presentation ready you two. I will check the arrangements." Jonny said and walked out of Mia's cabin.

" Get the presentation ready you two. I will check the arrangements. Huh!??" Mia mocked Jonny. I laughed at this. Mia and Jonny are the cutest couple I have ever seen. Cute and obviously talented.

" Let's do it before Jonny comes back otherwise he will scold us both." I said.

" Why had I married this guy!! God why?? Why did you pair me up with him?! You always being unfair with me." Mia said dramatically. I laughed.

" Don't laugh." She said. I gestured my lips sealed.

" Let's check it." I said and she nodded. We took a quick look at the sketches. We found it clearly.

" It's done." Mia said and I nodded.

" You can talk I didn't tell you ' don't talk', Diya." She said and I chuckled.

" Well, let's go then. Let's have a coffee and get ready for the meeting." Mia said.

" Yeah, let's." I said and we came out of her cabin after locking it. We were going to the café.

" Where is Noel? You know that?" Mia asked me as soon as we entered the lift.

" He said he is in the penthouse." I said.

" Oh, ok then." She said.

" Why are you asking about him?" I asked wanting to know her if she wanted to talk to him about something important.

" Wanted to talk to him about the Valeries." She said and I nodded. We reached the café and ordered our coffee. I was thinking about the gift Noel gave me. What can that be!!! I asked myself.

" Where are you lost, Diya?" Mia asked me.

" No, nothing." I said shaking my head.

" Alright, then." She said nodding her head.

Soon we came back and after a while the meeting started. It was quite long since we were in the meeting room. The meeting ended at 3. It was still not clear if we were taking the project or not.

" In vain." Mia said and walked out of the conference room.

" I am hungry." I said and Mia nodded.

" I am going to order pizza. You come to my cabin and tell Jonny." She said.

" Ok." I said and went to call Jonny who was still talking to Mr. Axton. Then he walked out.

" What happened, Diya?" Jonny asked me.

" Starving. Come let's have lunch. Mia told me to tell you to come to her cabin." I said.

" Let's go." He said and I followed him. We entered Mia's cabin and sat there to have some lunch and we talked about our pending works. It was about to 5 when I walked out of Mia's cabin. I called Chhoti and asked her to text me the place. I was about to enter my cabin but suddenly I heard someone.

" Excuse me?" I heard the voice from my back and turned. I found the guy whom Chhoti and I met when we went for a walk. He  walked towards me and smiled. "Diya, Right?" He asked me.

" Yeah. Sorry but I seriously forget your name." I told him.

" Ansel Brent." He said.

" Diya Goenka." I said.

" Nice to meet you again, Diya. I didn't know that you work here." He said and I nodded.

" I am wondering what pulled you here." I said not wanting to make the conversation long.

" Actually, Mr. Valerie is my uncle with whom you had a meeting a while back." He said.

" Oh. Got it. So you work with your uncle." I said.

" I came to visit him. I live in Ireland." He said.

" Oh, alright." I said.

" Mind having a coffee with me?" He asked me. I was about to answer but another voice stopped me at once.

" I do mind that you are asking my girlfriend for a coffee whoever you are." Noel said and I shook my head. Ansel turned and found Noel standing there.

" Noel Axton!!!" Ansel said.

" Good that you know me. Now leave." Noel said rudely. I sighed as Ansel left.

" That was rude. You shouldn't just say that. It co-" I couldn't finish as he reached me and pressed his lips on mine kissing me deeply. I sighed inwardly.

" It was right, Babe." He said breaking the kiss and caressing my lower lip with his thumb. He kissed on my forehead. " It was damn right. I hate people trying to hit on you. You are mine and they should know that." He said. I looked at him. He wasn't in his business attire. He was wearing all black. A black jeans, black button up shirt and a black jacket. Looking extremely handsome and definition of hell dashing. I averted my gaze before I do something which made me embarrassed.

" What's wrong?" He asked me.

" Nothing. Let's go. Chhoti and others are waiting." I said.

" Let's go." He said holding my hand. I pulled it away looking around.

" What?!!" He asked me raising one of his eyebrows.

" No one knows in the office." I said and he sighed.

" Ok. Come with me." He said and we entered the lift. I could feel his eyes on me all the time.

" What's wrong?" I asked him without looking at him.

" What?" He asked me back.

" Why are you staring at me like that?! What's wrong?" I asked.
