Telling Mum...And Back To School

Since we had the day off the next day, Ben and I decided to tell my mum in the morning and then just relax and play games after.

'Hey mum, can we talk?'

'Sure Leo, where's Ben?'

'He'll be down in a sec...but when he comes down, where going to tell you something, something that changes a lot of things, and i think he is going to need a lot of support until this mess has blown over. Just remember that...ok?'

'Ok Leo.'

Ben walked down a few minutes later.

'Hey guys.'

'Hey Ben!' We both said.

'So I, uh, told Leo this last night, and he helped me realise that k needed to tell you this...um...well...Leo?'

'Well, I don't really know how to say this...but that wasn't the first time his dad had hurt him.'

'Leo? Ben? Are you joking? Because this is no laughing matter!'

'No mum, unfortunately we are not joking!' I said.

Ben started crying again so I put my arm around him and pulled me closer, giving him a tight hug.

'Well....Ben?...you know you are goin to have to tell the court this next Wednesday right?'

'Yes I do.'

Ben and I both walked upstairs and set up his Xbox and TV. After setting it up, we began to play the Xbox.

Time Skip: Thursday, At school

Ben and I walked through the he school gates and went separate ways.

I walked towards the office...for some reason the Principal wanted to see me.

On my way to the office, I walked past Charlie and his gang.

'What are you doing fag?' It broke my heart to call him this...he was cute...but if any of my friends knew about me being gay...well...I would be dead.

You see, I hang out with the people who get into trouble a lot...and they see me as their leader, because I'm smart and as there already proven many times, they're dumb.

I walked off, why did Charlie have to be so mean?

I reached the office doors and walked up to the desk, but unfortunately there was a line. I stood in the line for about five minutes before I made it to the desk.

'What do you want?'

'Uh...I..Uh...the principal wants to talk to me...?'

'Go in through' she said pointing to a door labeled "Head Offices"

I walked through the door, and directly down the hall was a door labeled "Principal"

I knocked on the door and heard a muffled voice say come in.
