Wen I woke up the next mornih there was a lot of rustling around me, there was a doctor and three nurses around Charlie.

'What happened?!' I said, instantly alert.

'Nothing sweetie, they are just checking him over for today, your next.'

'Oh...ok'

I couldn't believe it....it's going to be a long day, hopefully by the end of it Bens dad would get fined a lot or jailed for a long time, and I hope his mum got something too.

A couple of minutes later the doctors where finished and turned around to face me.

After 10 minutes of prodding, holding and listening, the doctor was ready for his verdict. 'I'm happy to say that Leo will be allowed clearance to go to the court hearing, as long as said gaurdian, Charlie, is always with him. Although it may be awkward, I would like Leo to not be alone, at all. If e goes toilet, your there Charlie, if he needs air, ur take him outside Charlie.'

'I will.'

'By Charlie, I want u to know it wont be easy pushing Leo everywhere, in fact, if Leo so much as touches the wheel to move himself, I want you to stop him...I mean, for gods sake, the boy can't even support himself sitting yet.'

'I will stay with Leo wherever he needs or wants to go, I promise I will make sure he does nothing but talk, and even then I will tell him to stop talking. I promise.'

'Good. But there's one thing I want u to promise me, I want you to promise to tell someone if it gets too much for u.'

'I will, I promise.'

'Good, I will be off now.'

'Thanks doc!' Charlie and I chorused as the doctor walked out, followed by the nurses.

'Charlie?' I said.

'Yes Dre?'

'Thank you so much for doing this.' As I said this he got up, barely grimacing, good, that meant he was almost better.

He walked over to me. 'Dre, I would do anything for you, as I think I proved on Saturday.'

'Char....you definitely di...' I was cut off because his lips touched mine, and fireworks exploded in my head.

He just felt so right. His hands moved to my face, and one went and curled thru my hair.

One of my hands was scruffiness Leo's perfect hair. How did he get it like this, it's like it's gelled but it isn't, and it's always so smooth, even though I know for a fact that he hasn't conditioned it in a few days.

We stayed like this for what felt like an eternity, but eventually I was feeling a bit I'll from the weird position.

'I'm sorry, I'm just not well enough to stay like that.' I said.

'It's fine Char, u rest up, it's almost time to go.'

'Thanks for understanding Dre. Luv u.'

'Luv u too!'

Just after that, Leo's mum and brother walk in with food.

'We gotta eat quick boys, trial starts at 10:30, which means we have 1 1/2hrs to eat, get in the car, which will be a challenge, drive there get out the car and into the court...which isn't that long, so get eating! Or drinking Leo...'

'Ok. We will.'
