A man in a black suit and tie emerged from P.E.S. Labs. His brown hair neatly brushed, his brown eyes filled with exhilaration, and his smile glowing with confidence. Jack Newman believed he would do what Harrison Wells failed to tonight. He would turn on a particle accelerator and nothing would go wrong.
A reporter rushed towards him, "Mr. Newman, it has been said that you quote,'know of predicaments in the accelerator but are ignoring them.' Is this true?" She asked.
"No it isn't," he replied,"The accelerator is perfectly fine. No need to worry. I must go to a meeting, if you will excuse me."
"Yes, of course." The reporter backed out of the way as she said this. Jack's excitement showed in his confident smile. This October 5th of 2017, the world thought it would see with clearer vision. He entered the building and went up the elevator. The world truly will see clearer, it will see with the eye of a new superhero. Alexis will soon take the name of Streak. The speed force may not like my idea of a superhero, but they need me. They definitely will find out about this, but they cannot change anything that has already happened. If Alex's life had a prologue, this would be it.
