Chapter 37 - Old Acquaintances

*Before I start this chapter, I'd just like to say something. I have a lot of people who follow my story and who are absolutely amazing. They give me ideas, comment on all of my chapters and message me to tell me how much they love the story. After my last update of Chapter 36, I recieved a few messages from people who disagreed with the way the chapter ended, and with the way things are happening in the story I don't want to lose any followers of the story because i honestly love you all, and I love the feedback you give me. But please remember, this is my story and this is how I want my story to turn out. I know it might not be the same as the real world, but I am trying to be creative, and your support is needed.*

This is a completely fictional story and creative licence means that I can make this story turn out however I want it to. Just imagine that pregnancy is possible between them & you needn't worry about anything else. Anything is possible!*

Allison looked at Holly, her eyes wide and her mouth slightly agape. 'Don't be stupid...' she thought to herself. She laughed nervously, trying to shrug it off.

"That's not possible. No. No I can't be."

Holly looked back at her, a blank expression on her face.

"What? You don't seriously think that do you?" Allison had stopped laughing now, her heart beginning to race.

"I don't know. I mean, this is the second time this week. And you've been complaining of stomach ache."

Allison tried to push the thought out of my mind. "No. That could just be the stress. It's been a tough few weeks coming back out here and you coming with me. I'm just ill. You said you were careful anyways. You were, weren't you?"

"Yeah. I mean, I think I was? Well if you think you're ill then fine. But just think about it."

2 days later, it was time to meet with Mr Morrison. They had arranged to meet at 5pm out of school time. He had no idea that Holly was going to be there with Allison, but she wanted to be there to explain the situation and hopefully he would see her side of things. The two of them signed as visitors at the main office and were asked to take a seat while they waited for the principal.

Holly saw a few of her old teachers and Allison spoke to a couple of her old colleagues. She tried to not make it obvious that the two of them were together, and instead told everyone that they had met by coincidence on a trip back to the school.
After what felt like an eternity, the principals receptionist greeted the two of them and showed them the way to his office. When they stepped inside the office, the principal was clearly shocked to see the two of them there together.

"Allison."

"Good afternoon, Chris."

"And you. It's Holly Dean, right."

"Yes." She nodded her head. "That's me."

"Now may I ask, why are the both of you here?"

"Chris, thank you for seeing me. I wanted the two of us to talk about the incident-"

"Theres no time for small talk. I have to be in another meeting in 15 minutes. Cut out the middle man and tell me why you're here."

Holly cringed at the way he spoke to Allison. She'd always thought of the principal as a reasonable person, but his coldness towards one of his once much loved colleagues was painful to listen to.
