Chapter 26: Save

Jay's POV

I went to my office as usual but I didn't find Leon. It's weird. He will call me and inform me if he doesn't come to work. I thought it was just because he is still with Blake.

Afternoon arises, but I still couldn't reach Leon nor Blake. Now, I'm getting worried. Then, I received a MMS from an unknown number. I was shocked when I see Leon who injured badly lying against the wall. He was pretty beaten up. Then, I received another MMS. It's Blake this time. Her face was swollen and she was tied on a chair.

God, it must be his work. I knew it. How can I miss it? I never thought that he will get them. I receive a call from that number.

''Hey, how's the pictures?'', the male voice asked me.

''If something happened to them, I will make sure I will cut you into pieces'', I told him angrily.

''Cut me? That's awful. You want me to kill one of them first?'', he smirked.

''don't you dare!!'', I jerk at him.

''Ok buddy. I will give you 2 hours to find that guy. Only 2 hours. If you didn't come to his place in two hours, I will ask my men to kill him right way. And.... Don't try to ask anyone's help. I'm watching you over. You know what I'm capable of. Don't try to mess with me.'', he said while laughing.

''He told me that you like to go fishing, don't you?'', he said. ''He is somewhere in the sea. Catch him before he drowned there'', he hung up after that.

I never liked fishing but why Leon said that.

God, think Jay. Think.

I run out to search for every beaches in that area. Time flew. I have only 40 minutes left. Every beaches I saw, there are no any suspicious building around the beach side. I feel helpless. Just then I saw one couples walking in front of me.

''Dear, let's go fishing sometimes'', she said to that guy.

Shit, now I remembered. Leon told me that Blake loves fishing. He planned to buy her a house nearby the sea. No. he already bought it.

but why he told me that I said so?

Maybe he wants me to go save her first. Ya, Blake is inside that house. I know where is that place. I quickly enter inside my car. I saw those pictures back. I know I cannot call anyone now. But thankfully, I stole one guy's phone when I pretend to bump into him. while driving, I call Sophia through the phone I stole. I told her everyone.

''Listen Sophia, I need your help now. First, you have to save Blake first. There is a beach house at the edge of this city. There must be his men watch over the house. You have plan carefully to enter inside.'', I warned her.

''don't worry Jay. I can handle it. but how you want to save Leon? Do you know where is him?'', she asked.

''He is in his house. He has a big aquarium. I'm pretty sure he purposely mention the fishing. So, that I can find Blake first. But if Edwin believe Leon's words, then Leon is nearby the fishes' side too. I need to save him first. I have no time.'', I said while hung up the call. 

When I enter inside his house, I found few guys surround me. At the same time, Leon is hanging right on top of his big aquarium. He like that aquaruim. So, that's why he bought this big house with attached aquarium.

Those guys attack me. I didn't give them a chance to hurt me. One of them suddenly cut the rope. Leon fell inside the aquarium. Since his hands and legs are tied, he couldn't swim to the surface. I cannot let this go. I knocked out everyone and I quickly jump inside the aquarium. There is a staircase at the side of aquarium. I use it to climb. Leon was drowning. I successfully bring him to the ground. He doesn't response. I push his chest.

''God, don't do this to me, Leon. Wake up, damn it!!'', I scream. Right when I about to do the CPR, he coughs water. I relieved a lot. He slowly opens his eyes and saw me.

''d....dont t...tell me...that...you....k....kissed me'', Leon smiled.

''Hell no!!'', I hugged him.

''Blake...'', he whispered slowly.

''She will be safe. Don't worry'', I assured him.

I grab Leon's arm and support him to walk. He was too weak. When I about to drive, I receive a call from Edwin.

''Well, you're not bad. You saved him. but how are you going to save his girlfriend. Nah, that doesn't matter now. What's matter is, your sister.'', he said.

God, Alivia. How can he have passed my guards.?

''You know; the people you hire was so weak. I can beat them in just a minute. Plus, I buy some of them too. So, I don't feel burden. Money can buy everything.'', he smirked.

''Edwin, don't do anything to her, please'', my voice croaked. I begged to him.

''don't worry. Not yet. There is still more you need to see.'', he adds.

''First, ask your guards to leave your house'', he ordered.

No, Jessy is still in the house. What if.... No...

''You hear me right? I want you to do that in just 5 minutes. If not, I will cut your sister's fingers in every 5 minutes. You got me?'', he threatened.

I have no choice than agree to his request.

Jessy, I'm sorry. 

Edwin call me again. He then asks me to come to my house. He told me that he has something for me. I drive my car to my house. It's already 7 pm. I wanted to bring Leon to the hospital but I don't have time for it. Leon told me to not worry about him. After arrived to my house, I left him in my car and run inside the house.
