Chapter 28: Pain

Jay POV

I thought he won't hurt her. I thought I can find a way to save her. That why I chose Alivia without even thinking a bit. But seeing Jessy suffer in front of me...

God, I can't explain how much I regret with my decision. I ran towards her when he kicked her. I punch him hardly. I turned to see Jessy who already fell unconscious.

''Jessy....'', I untie her hands from the chair and hug her. ''God, I'm so sorry, dear'', tears streaming down to my cheek finally. Edwin hit me from behind. My head ache so much as I saw him holding a racket.

''Don't touch her!!'', he shouts.

I put my hand behind of my head and I saw blood in my palms. Edwin was laughing crazily.

''I w...will ma...ke sure you will get y...your price, you m...motherfucker'', my voice breaks.

Edwin looked furious. He hit me again with the racket. He then goes beside Jessy and carry her. I saw Jessy who lying on his chest. My blood boils when he touched her. He doesn't deserve to get the forgiveness. I swear to God; I will kill him with my own hands. I will make sure he gets his price.

''See you in hell'', he smirked at me while walking out from there.

He shows a sign to his men. I recognize some of my bodyguards with him. You guys are so damned when I came back. I curse them in my head. After Edwin walked out, one of his men approaching my sister. I use my every strength to stand up slowly. I need to save Alivia.

''l....let my s...sister!!'', I scream. Other guys are approaching me. Before that guy touch Alivia, I saw Charles who suddenly appear and hit that guy. I feel so relieved. He looked so serious. Other guys turned back to him. I saw Sophia bring her squad inside too. My sights started to blur. Everything turned black.

''Jay, please save me. I'm so scared.'', I woke up after heard Jessy's voice. I was panting. I saw Alivia and Leon beside me. Since I lifted up my body suddenly, I had pain in my head. I grab my head and realize there is a bandage around my head.

''Jay, you OK?'', Alivia asked me worriedly. I saw Alivia and I look around. I realize that I'm in the hospital bed. I remembered about Jessy. I need to save her. That's what my mind told me.

''I need to save'', I get down from the bed.

''Jay, calm down'', Leon said to me.

''How can I calm down? She is with that bastard!! I need to save her!!'', I yelled.

I walked towards the door but Leon grab my arm and stopped. I get furious. I pushed his hand. Blake and Charles enter inside.

''I need to save her. Do you get it'', I let my frustration to Leon. Leon suddenly punch me. I was shocked.

''DAMN Jay, stop acting like a kid!!'', he yelled. For a moment, I back to normal.

God, what I'm doing. He closes my eyes and exhaled. This is first time I saw Leon acts like that. Must be because of my sucks attitude. I know I cannot take any decision when I'm in anger state. I put my hand on my forehead.

''Sorry... I...'', I apologized.

''Let's crush him together, buddy'', Leon told me. I'm sure he is damn angry with Edwin after what he had done with Blake and him. I nodded.

''Did he really Edwin? My brother?'', Charles asked us. He looked serious as hell.

Charles supposed to back to his hometown today but I hold him up. I actually wanted to tell him about Edwin. I ask him to come meet me in my office. I told him everything. He doesn't believe my words. Then, I asked him to wait until I found some proof. When I was searching for Leon, I called him and ask him to protect Alivia but he was too late. Some other guys kidnap her before he could reach her.
