Chapter Three

I've been thinking after my talk with dad. It's been 3 days, I still haven't had a conclusion. What am I gonna do? Sabotage her? Have beef with her and guess who's one to stay? Normally, dad would just handle it by bribing all the staff here. But this case is different.

He's basically making me pick between him or Drey. Sa totoo lang, mas naging pamilya si Andrea kesa siya.

But he's my dad.

"Usap nalang tayo ulit bukas." ngiti ng group leader ko at umalis na para mag break. Ayokong gawin yung sinasabi ni daddy at kung magagalit sya saakin habang buhay edi makipagbati nalang ako kay Drey.

Palabas na sya ng room pero tinawag ko sya. Her facial expressions were clear that she didn't want to talk to me. "Mag usap tayo sandali."

"Ano bang pag uusapan natin? Badtrip ako kaya bilisan mo." tanong nya at binaba yung wallet nya. "Yes, sure." I completely understand her kasi araw araw ko syang napapansin na inuutusan ni Justin. I don't know why she's letting him. Is it because gusto parin nya si Justin?

"I don't think kagrupo kita sa mga past projects? Kasi kung oo, nagpalipat na ko." kunot ng noo nya.

"I get that you're upset and I'm sorry. Gusto ko lang makipag ayos sayo, please listen." I almost begged. "To get you correctly, nagso sorry ka?" she asked.

"Okay I forgive you for that. Kapalit ng kapatawaran ko, ayokong makausap ka kahit kailan. Gusto mong makipag ayos sakin? Sorry. If you think what you did can be easily forgotten, then once in your life, you're wrong. I will never forget all of our relative's doors shutting me out. Dahil sa'yo 'yun at sa papa mo." she's tough, as she's always been. She has a point though, she always does. "I don't want to have this talk again." she calmly said and left.

She really hates me now. Of course, Nat, why wouldn't she? You traumatized her for life and now you want to be family again? So, I don't have Drey and my dad thinks I'm a dissapointment. How great is my situation? At least I wasn't shut out by every single relative I have.

I felt my phone vibrate and wondered who could it be. No one really texts me anymore. I was so surprised that my father messaged me. I double checked his number, and it was really him. Last text from him was a week ago reminding me to bring some fruits home for Vicky.

"Come home early. We'll have a nice dinner." it was short but I appreciated it. I'm such a pitiful dog right now, but it made me smile. Maybe my dad is much more important than Drey. I was a little motivated to do what he wants. Specially now, with Justin and Drey hanging out together, it would be easy.

I don't need to have drama with her, Justin can do it for me. Napapansin ko'ng mas galit si Drey since first day dahil kay Justin. I just need my eye on them.

I followed them with my eye, the remaining day. It's just the same as all of the other days, though. Halos ipaglatag na ni Drey ng mahihigaan si Justin eh. I did notice na hindi sya sumabay kela Charlotte today.

Sinundan ko sya and I saw her with Justin palabas sa may pizza place. Don't tell me ihahatid nya pauwi si Drey?

"Natalie." tawag sakin ng driver ko. "Hinahanap ka na ng daddy mo."

"Sige po manong." sabi ko at sumakay na sa kotse. I shouldn't follow them, sobrang oa ko naman. I saw dad's message asking me kung pauwi na ko. Hindi ko na masyadong napansin dahil nakita ko yung sasakyan ni Justin sa harap ng kotse namin. This isn't the way to her apartment. If anything, they are far from it.
