Especially My Maid!!!!

Chapter 17

Right after they got back from the resort, Alex was needed at the office as there was a problem with one of the project that he was handling. Alex assistant called his apartment and was told that Alex was not coming back home until midnight. Right away, Maria starts to make him something and told Bruno to send it to him in his office. Bruno enters Alex office and saw Alex was serious doing his work. Bruno enters the office and walks towards his desk and place the food on the table. Alex looks up and saw Bruno and says,

"What's this?"

"Maria did this, she wanted you to have dinner because you be here till late." said Bruno. Alex nods his head and continues with his work while he walks out of the office. Once Alex heard the door close, he looks up and starts to put his hand into the bag which contain with food. He took out one by one and his started to become hunger. Maria had prepared of him Caesar salad, his favorite creamy smoke salmon pasta, a piece of meatloaf, a small chocolate cake and a big mug of coffee. He then saw a small note,

"Boss enjoys your dinner. I'm sorry that I always disobey you and said to you that you're not handsome. You are very handsome (I'm only giving you credit) and not to be angry anymore. Enjoy your dinner and don't work too hard please come back home early. Again don't throw the lunch boxes and mug. Thank you J "once he the saw the note he smile.

"I'm going to kill myself." He said to himself as his heart to so flatter when he saw the note. He then pastes the note at his monitor below the previous note she had given him.

It was Thursday night; Mr. MacLaine was having a party at his mansion and had asked Alex to borrow his house maid to help with the preparing and also the serving of guest. Mr. MacLaine had asked about around 200 guests to attend the party, there were people coming in and out. As Alex is not a people person he sat at the library so that he would not have to mix with people who majority of them he does not like. Alex was reading a book at the sofa, when someone enters the library.

"Hi... Alex!!!" Alex looks up and saw Elizabeth was standing in front of her. He closes his books, stood up and wanted to walk out of the library when Elizabeth grab his hand.

"Alex can't you please don't ignore me." said Elizabeth sadly. Alex wanted to pull back his hand but Elizabeth did not want to let go.

"Eli let go of my hand." said Alex.

"Please don't do this to me. Can't we just be like before?" said Elizabeth. Alex turns around and says,

"What do you think? Can we? After I knew what you did." Alex pull his hand and wanted to walk out of the library and when suddenly Elizabeth.

"It is because of that maid that you have lost touch in woman?" said Elizabeth. When Alex heard that he turns around and says,

"Watch what you are going to say next about her Eli."

"See Meyer and Liam said the same things too... don't tell me you have fallen in love with her! She just a freaking maid!! Bitch like her does not have a standard to have you Alex." said Elizabeth, when suddenly Alex walk towards her and slap her in the face.

"She might not be a woman who have standard like you Eli but she's not a slut like you either. Say anything like that about her again I will make sure you will regret it big time!" Said Alex angrily, he then turn around and walk away. Elizabeth look at him go while she was cursing him and Maria in her heart.
